After being a client for 15 months, I received a botched Botox job, making my forehead look lopsided. They wouldn’t fix it for two weeks and it still looks strange. In the past 6 weeks I have been trying to work with corporate to transfer my prepaid Botox credits ( understandably I do not trust anyone there anymore) to clear and brilliant laser treatments, which has been unexpectedly difficult. Corporate wouldn’t respond to me for 2 weeks, and our first talk I was subjected to verbal abuse (cannot access a recording of this call). I requested to speak with someone more professional and it took another 3 weeks, after I physically went into the clinic. They have offered to refund me 50% of my credit or force me to buy another package, otherwise I would have to pay 40% more for a clear and brilliant laser treatment (and I still have two sessions prepaid on file). They have removed two negative reviews on YELP within 24 hours, pretty scary this is possible in the USA. I’ve filed a BBB complaint and now requested arbitration (after finding a lawsuit online with similar complaints) so it’s evident this business has a pattern of misleading consumers, providing low quality services, and then stealing your money if you no longer wish to be a client. There are numerous reviews showing botched Botox jobs via pictures/ statements and even burns from their laser treatments. They boast they are a “black diamond provider” of Botox and that customer satisfaction is a number one priority. I wish I had done more research before becoming a client, but it is shocking that even after 15 months they wouldn’t care to repair the relationship. It’s frightening this company can still operate with impunity- do your research! Carefully read your consent form (I don’t even remember signing mine) because their policies are draconian. DO NOT BUY PACKAGES because if they mess up your face or body, you will not get that money back.

Terrible, I paid almost $4k for 8 treatments of laser hair removal and it did not even reduce my hair growth. I am trying to get refunded but Corporate is now ghosting me. They get you by pressuring you into the whole “sale is about to end” gimmick. I unfortunately fell for this, and just want to make others aware.

Do not go here. The positive reviews are fake. They will scam you, their treatments do NOT work. Their lasers are not strong enough to do anything as there is no doctor on site. I wasted over 4k for 8 treatments. They only care about sales, and customer satisfaction (if you are happy about your service). Corporate does not care, they will act like they will help and then ghost you.

**SCAMMERS** If I could give NO stars I would. **BUYER BEWARE** These fast talking sales people "give you a deal" to buy a larger package for better pricing "in case" you need more sessions so each session is cheaper but promise to refund you any unused sessions. What they fail to tell you is they will end up charging you more for the sessions you did have even if you end up having a bad reaction to the treatment. I ended up with extended soreness/tenderness, "bead-like" nodules and hyperpigmentation in some areas treated for over a month after treatment. I was never warned of this possibility so when that did happen I chose not to proceed with more cool sculpting treatments. They also sold me a package based on pictures- DO NOT DO THIS. I was told I needed more applicators than I did. When I showed up I was told I was oversold at least 4 applicators because they didn't even fit in the areas I was told I needed them. I work out regularly and have a clean diet so this is not a case of not doing my part to get desired results. I had a bad reaction, was oversold applicators/treatments and eventho I was quoted another price on the same day for half the treatments they wouldn't even honor that pricing when refunding me. So now I still have bruising almost 2 months later, still have some hard nodules, did not use more than half my treatments and of the over $9k I paid for cool sculpting & tattoo removal, they are trying to only refund me $1,500 and I didn't even have 1 session of tattoo removal done. Do not trust them & if you still want to give them a shot at least get full information on refunds if you choose not to proceed and also go in person for a consultation. The virtual consultation is a total JOKE. I will also be reporting them to the State and making sure my review is posted on as many places as possible. This is a major scam.

They’re super quick and knowledgeable when signing you up. When you try to cancel your services they play games. It’s been two months I’ve been trying to switch my laser tattoo removal plan from ten sessions down to one. Everytime I call they say there’s only one person who can help me and that one person is out of the office. That story went on for a month until I happened to call and find out she’s actually in but with a patient and will call me back once she’s done. I called twice and both times they told me that and she still didn’t call me back. No one even seems to care that I’m dealing with this and they show no compassion and keep saying she’ll call me back and to call again if she doesn’t respond in a week. After going off on them they somehow found someone who can make a change to my plan. She sent me a receipt to the payment company so I don’t pay full price of ten sessions. Mind you they still deny knowing any pricing for the single treatment plan even though THEY SELL THIS SERVICE. It’s been two weeks since then and I’m still currently being charged by the payment company varidi and they have no clue that any changes were made and are still charging me the full price for ten sessions and they cannot call Laseraway or do anything. Not once have I received a response from the company or their corporate office who I emailed. This is the brea location.
