Cindy made me feel very relaxed. She directed me into positions that were much more comfortable than others had put me in for a thorough laser.

I am seeing changes but I am waiting for the complete treatment to give my honest conclusion. What I can say is that I enjoy the welcome I received when I go to the office. Every one is so beautiful. I like the nurse who does my treatment. Sorry I forgot her name. She makes the treatment less stressful. Thanks to her.

The staff was always very friendly and conversational. Environment was always clean and professional. I had a total of 8 sessions and felt the results were satisfying! Only concern is now it has been 2 months since my eighth session and my results do not seem as satisfying as they were while I was still doing my sessions. There is definitely hair growth thicker than I expected. They did warn me that I might need to go in for a few more after that, but I live 5 hours away so driving back and forth 8 times was good enough for me I thought. The payment plan was pretty helpful also, I was told there would be no interest if paid off in full by November 2019 so we shall see if that is the case come then!

Love them, love my results! Staff is so nice and cute. Aggressive sales tactics, which is understandable because it’s their job but no means no lol.

Laser away was a great choice when I decided to do hair removal and clear & brilliant. I purchased 10 sessions for my face and 8 for body, which they recommended. cB I bought 4. I have one more appt for face left. Overall the results are amazing and I am happy. Brazilian could have worked a lil better but that’s probably due to the techs not being precise. Only downfall was keeping track of all of my appts. Often the ladies at front desk would misinform me of how many I had left of what verses what the technician would say. It got to be overwhelming at times due to being misinformed. I did win 3 clear & brilliants in a contest which was amazing and they gave me one for free for honest feedback. Total amazing perk. I was very excited and glad they heard me. I appreciated the customer service in corporate when I gave honest feedback.

I’m customer with laser away for 3 month I’m so happy, personal is very friendly they tried to make you happy all the time.

I was scared to have IPL. The staff are lovely and the process was much more please t that I had thought. I was a little cold and would have perhaps liked a little facial massage after to end with a more relaxing experience but there may be a reason this is not done. All in all great results.

I am happy with my experience with LaserAway . I had laser hair removal for major areas and it has worked in those areas 90%. The technicians were professional and friendly helping to go through the entire process.
