I shelled out a huge amount of money for arms, legs, under-arms and face. 1. The quality of the treatments differed each time. 2. Except for the legs, everything else resulted in unsatisfactory results. 3. The arms had barely 20% hair removal and worst of all, it is now in patches with certain areas cleaned up making it obvious. 4. Initially I was so happy with the under-arms, but just weeks after the last treatment there is significant hair growth again, hence I would say only 40-50% hair has been removed. 5. The face - there is absolute no effect on the sides except getting a lot of pimples. The worst part was they did a review and decided to give me two complementary treatments but then asked me to completely waive all rights in exchange. This certainly lacked good customer care and made me doubt their sincerity. I believe I did not receive results for at least half of the huge amount that I had shelled out. I wish I had not done that seeing the results and especially since I had paid so much just one month prior to COVID hitting. It is disappointing that LaserAway does not seem to care enough to resolve this to my satisfaction. Sigh...

This review has more to do with the procedure then the customer service. I am leaving a review so that people understand what they will get with coolsculpting. I spent $6000 for two treatments (8 areas) on my abdomen. Following the recommendations of the woman that did my consult. I have to say I am less than unimpressed with the results. I can barely see the difference and I haven’t gained any weight that would increase my abdomen size. The nurses were very nice however the placements of my machines were not exact, some felt like they got more fat in on one side then the other and one disconnected into the sculpting so I am not sure if all of these affected my treatments or not. There is slight pain post sculpting and lots of numbness with the large sized ones, not so much the small ones. Overall, I would say it’s not worth the money and I am pretty disappointed with my results compared to what I was told I would see. 😩

I am only giving 2 stars because the staff are kinda cool. If you are getting laser here make sure you demand to see what setting they are using and why they are using that setting. They seem to me to set the machine as low as possible in order to get you to buy more sessions. The proof would in the pudding. Although the lasers have massively advanced the last 20 years or so - the old skool way of doing it was you pay for your package - and anything you needed beyond that was free - so they basically guaranteed their product. They do not do that now. If they did - I wouldn't even worry about the settings but they tout 10% reduction from each session and i have had 6 sessions and am not even CLOSE to 60% reduced. You sign an arbitration agreement, but be aware that does not extend to fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. They WILL try to sell you meladine. They KNOW this product does not work and absolutely cannot prove it works (they'll tell you they know people who have used it and it as worked - that's bs) Meldaine is a COMPLETE WASTE of 150.00 DO NOT BUY IT!!!!!

It has been an experience to me regarding my dark spots and acne scars I have seem little improvement on my 5 treatment not has inspected ,or maybe ii need more sessions ?

LaserAway was great on my first visit and I felt so confident having my treatments done there. The staff was very professional and accommodating. I liked this place so much I referred my best friend to refund her groupon that she had purchased at another place and come to LaserAway. She did and has also had a great experience. I really wanted to continue and do more treatments here but when I was told I can no longer purchase any additional groupons it was a bit disappointing. My best friend was told that they would honor any additional groupons if she were to purchase more. I really wanted keep coming to this place because I see that the company and the people are great but that was pretty discouraging for me and they seemed so unhelpful.

I signed up for LaserAway on a whim because I wanted to get laser hair removal for a long time due to pesky ingrowns. I signed up for their “summer special”, which included full legs, underarms, and Brazilian for 8 sessions for the price of 6 - a grand total of $3,200. Even though I followed the guidelines very carefully, I felt like 6 sessions was barely enough for me. It’s been 4 months since my sixth session, and my body hair is back to its normal state before I signed up. Really wish I took the time to research studios and find Groupon deals for a quarter of the price.

The customer service in the Huntington Beach location is great, except when it comes to future appointments. I was scheduled for a laser hair removal on 6/29 at 11am. I got a phone call a day prior but the voicemail wasn’t very specific about the reason for the call. After listening to the vague voicemail left by Nicole and returning the phone call, I found out that my appointment was moved to 4pm without my knowledge. Unfortunately, the new time will not work for me and the next available date is in August. I know that things happen that appointments must be reschedule but please be more specific of why you are calling.

Certain policies/procedures should be made more clear. For example: around antibiotics delaying appointments and why you have to wait four weeks to be assessed for more laser sessions (if certain parts of the body did not respond well to treatment). No explanations are provided so the timelines seems arbitrary. Online scheduling should also be an option.
