I had two appointments for one day. Before each session, I waited about half an hour to start. My session started with a delay.

Unfortunately there is no even a slight change after 2 tattoo removal treatments. (I have photos) I’m very disappointed to pay high price, waste my time, go through pain and not to see any improvement. I can say the same about hair removal treatments, I’ve done already 3 and I don’t see any difference. I was told that I definitely should see improvement already, but I don’t. I think there is a problem with the laser machines, otherwise I don’t understand why it doesn’t work. I had good experience with Botox. The stuff is nice and always friendly.

They kept calling me and saying that they would offer a great deal on Botox, I spent $1500 for 170 units but what they didn’t disclose was that they DO NOT participate with Alle and they only inject the forehead… so save your money and stick to your regular provider. I regret making this decision to purchase a large volume from them. Save your money.

Burned skin.

I called numerous amounts of time hardly getting anyone. They booked me for an appointment that I missed. I called every few months to try and get an updated appointment for the one I missed and they kept telling me wait until the end of your session. They told me that they see I missed appointment so I don't know how it was added in the system that I took the appointment. They kept telling me that they don't enter in the system unless I come and I'm telling them that I did not come and I know for a fact I missed that day also was calling the customer service to get an appointment to to reschedule for the missed appointment a few times for a few months. I'm just going on Google now about Laseraway and seeing all of these reviews I wish I would've googled earlier I would've never spent all of this money . Also on top that under my arms the hair is growing back when there was no hair growing there in the first place because I had treatment done there before and all of a sudden since I got more treatment to get the last little hairs down more here's a growing back under my arms. My bikini area between the lips still have a lot of hair growing there they refused to do in there as if they're scared and I keep telling them each time to go in there because the hair is not going away. What did I pay all of this money for people are comfortable with scamming people and ripping them and taking their money and being deceitful and dishonest. I guess people don't believe in karma. If I'm not to get my missed appointment I would like my money back please and thank you it's almost like the hair is not even removed spent thousands of dollars. I'm gonna do some more googling to see if I can get a lawyer if I have to I don't let people take a vantage of me I hate it this world we live in is evil .

I had Thermage full face and neck earlier today. I did do some research and though I had a consultation with a Dermatologist before Covid, I decided price wise to go with LaserAway. The Jury is still out as to whether I will benefit from this very expensive treatment. And, I am still in shock over how painful the procedure was. Let's start at the beginning. First of all, the Staff were all really lovely. The Nurse that gave me my treatment was very kind and as gentle as she could be. The treatment and it's process is as mentioned, painful, and very messy. I was not prepared for this at all. I went in with clean hair and clothing (freshly showered) and I had to take another shower when I got home. The cooling gel got everywhere. In my hair and around the collar of my shirt. They do not offer a cloth towel, paper cover or even the type of paper cover a Dentist might use. The treatment itself was so painful that I broke down in tears from the stress at the end of the treatment. It took about two hours and the constant 'snapping' on my skin and going over the same spot multiple times, just wore me down. But, I was mostly upset because they prepare you for results that include skin redness or some sort of reaction from the treatment itself. My skin didn't even look like I had anything done. Although, in a side by side before and after picture, my Nurse pointed out a small area around my jaw line that looked a little better. But, was all this worth 2799? There is a previous review from January where a client had a similar experience. We are both in the exact same age range, I am 62. I will update this review in a month or two to let you know if there is even a small amount of improvement.

This is a waste of money. Your hair will completely grow back to how it was 1-2 months after the last treatment. You’re better off using an at home laser for $100-$300 rather than paying $5k!!! It’s a ripoff.

The sales process is extremely misleading. They do not tell you that everything is 100% non refundable. They also are extremely deceptive with what they say during sales. My sales lady told me the pain for brazillian laser hair removal was a 0 out of 10… I have done waxing my entire life and although it’s uncomfortable the pain is manageable to me. Sales literally convinced me this would be way easier than waxing so I gave in. My first session was absolutely horrible. The pain was excruciating. I had to ask the nurse to stop after 30 seconds. I was not warned that this would be so painful. I cannot fathom having to do this 8 times over again. I asked for a refund and then I find out it’s non refundable… Really disappointed. I don’t mind paying a lot of money for a service I’m just angry that I was mislead into thinking this would be a walk in the park. Had sales been honest and realistic with me I would not be so frustrated and disappointed. I wish I would’ve read these reviews before going. I figured since they were such a huge business they would have my back and refund me if I couldn’t tolerate it. I mean I could literally be having a health reaction to the laser and what they would still expect me to pay for all my sessions?? Ridiculous. Now I’m stuck paying $2k to experience human torture.
