If I could give it zero stars, I would. These people are incredibly irresponsible and don't keep the appointments they schedule. It's a waste of money to spend $5,000 on a treatment expecting results and then... All you see is a bad investment, wasting money on useless junk. You write to them and they do nothing. I deeply regret going there after being misled by advertising. Think carefully and make the best decision before getting involved with this. Seriously, don't waste your money on this company... it's garbage. The first time I went they treated me wonderfully, but then once they hooked me with a loan and a package, I didn't give a damn about them anymore. I just want them to move forward with my treatment and show me the results they promised. I'm almost finished paying off my loan, and they're doing absolutely nothing. They haven't even reached 20% of the procedure. It bothers me that they write to tell me they can't see me just one day before my appointment, supposedly because they don't have a nurse. What kind of irresponsible company is this? That's not my problem. They started failing from the very first session of my treatment. And when I wanted to reverse everything, I couldn't; they didn't lift a finger.

I had initially signed up for Laswe Away Tattoo Removal. The sales person was very pushy and promised me an unlimited session. Each session was a different technician. I paid for color removal at nearly 4K. Their had been nearly no fading at all on the black. On top of that, they never targeted my blue on my arm at all. I would have seen blisters on the blue area har they targeted my color properly. During my 7nth session, my technician revealed they hadn’t started my blue at all. I also went to a different technician to talk to them about Laser Away and they told me my black should have been faded out more after 7 sessions. But you know the main problem, I signed up to get my arm tattoo lasered removed, and the color had not been treated during these seven sessions. When I inquired on my refund, they said I only paid for 10 sessions despite my phone call saying unlimited last year. Don’t go to Laser Away and don’t go to Laser Away Glendale location. Technicians does not know what they are doing when getting you a colored tattoo removal and they had not reached back to me in 24 hours like their personal from help said they were going to do.

I just got off the phone with ur sales woman Kim, I will take my business to a local dermatologist thanks to her. She is the most condescending, demeaning human I have ever spoken to. I had to hang up and block because her tone and her comments about my skin where disgusting!

Not even one star . Booked and paid then day of get a call that the provider cancelled the day. The person on the phone kept trying to convince me that I could do another treatment ; finally I agreed to drive two weeks later to Tampa for the treatment I had all ready paid for. Get there, get numb, and guess what?— Provider comes in and names a treatment I explicitly stated I didn’t want. She was apologetic. She suggested I drive to another location at another time to do what I had booked and paid for. I asked for a refund— was told only the person I booked with on the phone could authorize it. I immediately filed with my credit card company, because I get the feeling I won’t hear back from Laser Away. I wish I had done more research before paying. This company does not have the best reputation.

Absolute ripoff - $4k wasted. I went to LaserAway hoping for a premier experience after going “the cheap route” with poor results. I got a consultation for a male full upper body, neck, and quarter arms. The consultant went out of their way to disparage the competing salon and talk about their staff as inexperienced and poor quality machines. Despite this, I signed up for a $4k package over the course of a year. Every time I went, it was like I was new, and so was the tech. They were confused with what areas we were doing and I had to confirm. I could have lasered my whole body and not been questioned. On the way out, EVERY TIME felt like I was escaping a timeshare sales pitch. Hard sells on a million services and specials that ended THAT DAY. Let’s remember I’ve spent $4k and it’s not really working. In the end, when my package ran out, I left an internal review. The “manager” emailed and asked to look back at my consultation and provide feedback. Their first paragraph was addressing results on my HANDS which were never a problem and a “free” add on. When we got to my real areas, she offered a “free consultation” to see how many more sessions I would need to purchase to get the results I needed. If this place isn’t a scam I don’t know what is.

absolutely horrible and I am horrified to see this rating. I was using them for a good year or 2 and they were becoming more and more pushy about trying to sell me a package every time I came to the point I had packages I didnt need. the last straw was recently. they got a new machine and of course were pushing it on me. so I said I would like to get a package and asked if it was possible to exchange a clear and brilliant package for part of the cost of the new one (I had barely seen results for the c&b and had way too many left to use that I didnt want to) the girl kept coming back into the treatment room with different package options. mind you they always send you the link to your phone where you can pay but that link expires right after you pay so you have no receipt) so she gives me an option for that new xtherma or whatever machine and to exchange my 6 c&b for a small part of the cost of that new package. I told her that math wasn't mathing. they told me there also that day that you can only exchange a full package and not part. (I literally used those exact words) and that if that was my choice I'd rather just pay for the 2 extherma and keep my c&b. months go by, I used my 1 xtherma and no c&b since then.. they had also sold me some small package for my birthday month for a $200 credit and a micro needling but never mentioned again. now when I called a few days ago to ask what I had left they said I had 2 c&b left and 1 extherma. when I tried explaining to the lady that that couldn't be correct she kept saying 'its on the receipt that I supposedly exchanged 4 c&b for part of the 2 extherma. which I KNOW I didn't. I vividly remember the exchange with the lady the day I purchased the 2 exthermas because of how ridiculous it was and of how it didnt make sense and of how I felt very hustled at that point. long story short the lady a few days ago kept insisting that I exchanged the 4 c&b (which I didnt and also doesn't even make sense cause they told me that previous time you couldn't exchange part of a package). when I asked to get a copy of the receipt she was telling me she can't. I lost it on her and called her a name and hung up. this is extremely frustrating because I spent well over 10k there quite possibly 15k or more over maybe 2 years and I feel extremely taken advantage of. if that was my business and a customer would present this story to me I would at least hear them out and most likely just offer to honor whatever the customer says they should be owed just out of good business ethic. especially such a huge corporate company doesn't feel a hit. highly disturbed by these people.

Specifically for the Laser Away Boulder location. I genuinely wanted to love this location because I’ve had good experiences with LaserAway in the past, but unfortunately the Boulder location has been nothing but frustrating. Over the course of my treatments this year, this location has canceled and rescheduled my appointments THREE separate times. I live over an hour away (about an hour and fifteen minutes), so these aren’t quick trips for me. Every appointment means planning my work schedule, arranging my day, and driving a significant distance. This latest experience was by far the worst. I was already on my way to my appointment and was only about 10 minutes away when I received a text that my appointment had been canceled. The first explanation I was given was that there was a gas leak at the building. Naturally, I was concerned, so I called back to verify what was happening. During that phone call, I was then told something completely different and that the nurse hadn’t come into work that day. I understand emergencies happen. Gas leaks happen. Employees call out sick. Life happens. What I don’t appreciate is receiving two completely different explanations for why my appointment was canceled after I had already driven over an hour. At that point after being canceled on for the third time, I told the staff that I no longer wanted to be rescheduled at the Boulder location. I explained that I wasn’t comfortable continuing my treatments there because I had lost confidence in the reliability of the location. I specifically asked that my appointments not be rescheduled. Imagine my surprise when I opened my LaserAway app and discovered they had scheduled me for another appointment the very next morning without my knowledge or consent. To make matters worse, LaserAway has a cancellation policy that can charge patients if they cancel within 24 hours. Since THEY created this appointment less than 24 hours in advance, I was suddenly worried that I’d somehow be responsible for a cancellation fee for an appointment I never agreed to in the first place. No customer should have to worry about being charged because a location scheduled them without their permission. The treatments themselves may be great, but customer service and respect for a client’s time matter just as much. Especially when people are paying hundreds or even thousands of dollars for these services. Driving over two hours round trip multiple times only to have appointments canceled, receiving conflicting explanations and then being rescheduled without my consent is simply unacceptable. I sincerely hope LaserAway addresses how this location handles scheduling and communication because this experience has completely eroded my trust. I cannot recommend the Boulder location based on my experience.

Wow. Just wow. I scheduled a consultation with this company because I was genuinely interested in laser hair removal. During my call with the representative at (480) 542-7002, she explained the pricing and began recommending package options. I told her I wanted some time to review the pricing and think it over before making a decision. Instead of respecting that, she became increasingly pushy and pressured me to commit on the spot. When I said I wasn’t ready to make a decision, she responded, “It seems you’re not ready,” in a dismissive tone and continued trying to pressure me into purchasing a package. I politely explained that I would review the numbers on my own and could schedule an appointment later if I decided to move forward. She clearly didn’t like that response and abruptly hung up on me. I called back to see if we had been disconnected, but she pretended she hadn’t just spoken with me and hung up a second time. The level of unprofessionalism was shocking. No potential customer should be treated this way simply because they want time to make an informed financial decision. This experience made it feel like the priority was making a sale rather than helping a customer. Do better.
