DO NOT DEAL WITH THE SALES PEOPLE!! Do NOT trust the emails and text messages! First zoom call with a sales person and they just pushed the process along, despite not even NOTICING the crepe skin, seemed very unprofessional and pushing services quickly so I didn't book. Weeks later received a deal so gave them another chance -- an hour of calls and video with different medical professionals and sales person saying it would be different, she even called the location while I was on the phone and said I could do 2 Thermage services in one day with a break in between. Received multiple confirmations of both appointments, requests for consent forms and having given all my medical info only to get there and neither appointment was scheduled... I was told they never do 2 appointments in 1 day AND my credit card was send the pending charge soon after being booked. I got the impression this wasn't uncommon with the sales people, but explain the plethora of reminders? I took a vacation day, lost money from a business appointment I lost, subway and uber costs... about $200 lost a lot of aggravation. Terrible waste !

LaserAway performed bait-&-switch services for 2 of my hair removal appointments. The clinician held the laser too far away be effective, I had no results. I found out from another clinician who confirmed the laser should be almost touching. This qualifies as substitution for inferior services. When I brought it up via email (Dec 20 2021) LaserAway didn't respond. I brought it up again via survey and instead of being reimbursed or comped with appointments to make it right was told "When we reach the end of your treatments, you can schedule a follow-up visit following your results & go from there”. I requested to not have that clinician & was told it would go on my file. Through many concerns voiced to LaserAway, I was told to wait. When all my hair grew back after my 5th appointment, I reached out again with my concerns that I would like my money back if it wasn’t going to work. I was again told to wait until my last appointment before I could receive a resolution. I requested twice to have corporate call me & was told I would receive a call in 1-2 days. No call came. I had to ask a third time; one clinician was surprised the issue hadn't been resolved yet & requested a ticket to be submitted by the clinic director because corporate "doesn't take ones submitted by receptionists as seriously." Finally I had my consultation without finishing all of my treatments. LaserAway refuses to refund me anything, even the 25%+ from the incorrectly performed procedures & those not fulfilled. Mandi Holmes is the most ineffective client experience person ever and it sounds like I'm not alone in this. She won't provide a real resolution, but 'offering' less than half of what I am owed as a 'courtesy' seems reasonable to her. LaserAway bait-&-switched services as well as resolution, communicated poorly & sometimes not at all when I had concerns, & misled me for a year until it was too late for a refund because I had gone to my appointments like the company insisted I do instead of coming up with a solution. I spent $3,693 just to be treated like a nuisance instead of a concerned customer. I have reported Laser Away to the BBB without any resolution from the company. Avoid this company like the PLAGUE. I will be sharing my story and following up with legal services until they actually provide a solution.

The laser did not work at all, it actually made me hairier and they are refusing to refund me except what they claim it would have cost. There prices are outrageous. They are soooo rude too. I hate them and regret my service with them.

I had the same negative experience with Katrina Valladao that Brittny Peterson had. (Also, Brittny's correct about positive reviews - discounts are offered to anyone who will give a 5-star review). Apparently, Katrina Valladao is the end of the line when it comes to customer service and everything else within this company. She will not let you get past her to speak to anyone above her. I repeatedly asked to speak to someone above her who had more medical knowledge but she refused (I had to wonder if it's because she thought she'd get in trouble). She was very passive aggressive by avoiding my request and repeated herself by saying, 'there's nothing else we can do', that I 'agreed to the process' and that they 'did it correctly'. She eventually hung up on me because I kept asking to speak to someone above her who had more medical expertise. It was very odd and immature behavior. I felt like I was talking to my 16 year-old daughter. The only good thing I have to say about the company is that I really liked the three different nurse technicians that did my cool sculpting. But they do need to review patient files before performing the procedures. My initial complaint: as a nonexpert in the field of how the process works, I put my trust in the consultants to review my file and to follow the plan that was set in place between the clinical nurse and myself. However, during the first session for treating my back, the nurse consultant placed the device on an area that connected my side and my back. As someone who is not educated on the science behind their cool sculpting technology, I didn't question what she was doing and assumed that, as the professional, she new what she was doing and that that would target the actual back area agreed upon in my initial plan. Then, when I had the second session for my back, that new nurse consultant went to a whole different area on my back than the first nurse consultant which actually attached to my back fat that I wanted removed that was discussed as part of my plan. This was the first indicator that the initial nurse put it in the wrong spot but soon after that, I also experienced results of that first session; a bulgy fat deposit appeared below my right hip. To my surprise, the first session had targeted my hip area. I didn't want my hips done, I wanted my back done. I understand the risks of doing cool sculpting and fatty deposits is one of them. However, my issue with them is not this risk but is the fact that I wanted my back done, not my hips, and as a result of their mistake, I have a fatty deposit on my hip. After 5 phone calls and finally getting 'expedited' to Katrina Valladao, Katrina put the blame on me, stating I 'agreed' to what they were doing and that 'they did the process correctly'. My rebuttal to her was that, based on my results, they did not do it correctly, and that they, as professionals, should have reviewed my file for the accurate 'plan'. I had hoped that they would offer a refund for the incorrect area that they treated, especially since the results were negative, but Katrina Valladao would not allow our conversation to go any further for a possible resolution. Because of Katrina Valladao, I absolutely do not recommend this company because if anything goes wrong, she is who you have to deal with which will result in the company not take any responsibility.

Treatments dont work

Runaway from Laseraway! My experience taught me this! On my 4th visit, the tech did not use the correct setting and/or the device was not clean. Within 48 hours, I had a terrible rash. They saw me and said, it wasn’t there fault, it had to be me and sent me home with Neosporin. The next day I went to the doctor because it was getting worse and gave me an antibacterial and antiviral medicine. When I approached the clinic about the problem, they again said it was me, not them. Each person said they would “expediate” the problem. I was bounced around from person to person. I feared going back because the tech did not listen to me when I winced in pain. I have had laser treatments two years previously in another state and never ever had a problem!! After 4 months of seeking a refund Amanda Holmes and Brian Dickerson offered me a refund. Since then, they have ghosted me! Please find another clinic that does not have revolving door technicians and then Shame and Blame You for anything! They apparently think they have immunity to do whatever they want to your body! Runaway from Laseraway! Or be prepared for the Shame, Blame and Ghosting.

It's ridiculous how much they bombard you to make the sale with so much over communication, then once you've paid $1000+ dollars they make it SO challenging to actually book an appointment and use their service that you ALREADY PAID for!

Its a SCAM. Do not sign up for package. They give you half information and when you try to cancel they take hell lot of time and I did two sessions. One chin and wanted lower part of chin they said I have to buy nose down package. They cannot do only neck. Plus THEY give me underarms free. When I went to cancel they said they are charging regular price not discount price. Also they charged me for underarms(which I did not ask for they gave it to me). I had to pay $798( chin, lip and freaking underarm). Guys they dont even have email support. Looks like they dont want you to have written communications.
