Falsely gave me a package that they told me included face and neck but on my appointment date they told me its an extra $700 for the neck. Have requested a refund and know im getting the runarounds.

Do not try this $8000 later and im still hairy. I let them know it didnt work and they want me to buy more sessions lol fraudulent company. I literally got legally robbed. They have a consent form you have to sign basically if it doesnt work sucks for you 8000 dollars down the drain

I spent a lot of money and my face looks the same after many treatments. Didn’t work. I want my money back.

If there could be less than one star I would provide it. I was severely burnt during a laser hair removal procedure. I have been calling/emailing/sending letters and there is no response. At some point I was asked to send pictures showing the damage to my skin, which I did and was completely ignored. They do not have professionals performing the services or handling complaints!

This has been the worst experience I have had with any company. I've sent a timeline to your VP on LinkedIn and to your facebook company page and to your customer care rep. It's not my responsibility to provide this to you again. Also, it's shocking that i was escalated to the director of patient services and she won't respond to let me know my refund was processed. How you are even in business is shocking to me.

I wanted to speak to management about 2 grievances. It’s been 3 days and I just get passed around and nothing is yet discussed or resolved

Laseraway Cancelled my appointment and next available date was given after 1 month. This is strange.

After speaking with this companies Sales Representative Liz about the packages, sales they were offering, and the process of the treatments, I decided to give it a try. I purchased the package I wanted and was told that I would receive a BOGO which included another full treatment and that I could pick any treatment I wanted. The Thermage package I got (or thought I got) was for the full face, eyes, and neck. Then I could pick any full package for my BOGO, I also purchased a hair removal deal. When I called to schedule my first appointment, I was told that in fact I did not get the package I wanted, but instead paid for a lesser package. The employee at the Green Hills office then proceeded to tell me that the BOGO does not apply to full packages but what she calls “baby package” in other words, only a small area. I contacted the sales rep that I had been working with and explained what the office in Green Hills had said and she stated that she just received a promotion and was moving to Tampa and wasn’t able to assist me now but would follow up. After a few days and not one attempt to contact me, I requested a refund. In fact, I’ve contacted Liz many times asking for my money back. I’ve called the Green Hills office and requested to speak with someone about my refund and was told I would receive a call from one of their directors. Never received a call. I called the 888 number today and asked if I could speak with someone about my refund and again was told a director would contact me ASAP. This company has lost all my trust in them. It’s like a bait and switch. Once they get your money, forget getting any kind of help if there is an issue or getting a refund because you figured out the scam. BEWARE!!!
