I love the results on my legs and underarms, face treatment is not working as I wanted to, painful but worth it. They always treat me nice and professionally.

I absolutely love the staff that have treated me this far. I've have a good experience with the reception gala for a while until the last few times I've interacted with them. I experienced some confusion with my appointments. And an odd, confusing, conversation which was irritating.

I've had three laser treatments at the LaserAway Flatiron location and have seen a vast improvement in my hair growth. On top of the effectiveness, it is also relatively painless. They always provide you with creams and a stress ball during and after your session to make it as comfortable as possible. I am always greeted pleasantly and professionally upon arrival, and there are always appointments available if I need to cancel or re-schedule.

They are super nice, but they should take the time to laser away the entire area being paid for instead of rushing through. I paid for underarm hair removal, and naturally the procedure is quick but I feel like it's not being done all the way even when I ask and show where I am referring to.They all are very nice and inviting and helpful, but once you're in the room they seem too rushed. Great customer service. Great flexible payment options. I recommend them quite often actually.

They would have received 5 stars as I actually like the place and would buy more sessions... but after my first session i left and the place was totally empty. it was late at night and the staff were some where else (in the back or something) and there was no one to ask how was it? or re- schedule or man the front. It was weird. another time after my session it was time to re schedule and the nurse said i could not come in 1 day before the 6 week period between lasering. i called back a couple weeks later and guess when then asked if i could come in. The day I was originally asked for but was told no.. :)

I loved the expirerance and the professional treatment I got I've even referred a nurse who complimented me on my smooth skin

I really enjoyed Lazer Away!! The staff was very nice and friendly, the place was really clean and it was rather easy to get thru and speak to someone if needed. I was recommended and have recommended friends here and will be coming back for other services.
