Loved my first session with laser away. The staff was very friendly and am fully satisfied with the service that i received.

Easy to set up/change appts. Quick seamless appt itself. Then easy process for making the follow up appt.

it is conveniently located and facilities are decent. Have encountered a couple of if different receptionists and about 5 different technicians. One of the earlier receptionists was very rude. current seems nice. Of the 6 technicians, a couple were awesome, one was terrible and clearly didnt care and i dont remember the others. Depending on the staff your experience can be great or crappy....

I love their products and their good intentions with their treatments and this why I am a client but I do have to say that Customer service it's not adequate or even to separate them from cavernicols , Tim half way the treatment and this last February the 5th was my first time I was actually in the appointment , nobody called me to reschedule and this time they say hi , very impressed

felt like i spent too much money and no one really gave me clarification they just want comission

I walked in for my appointment and both receptionists were assisting clients. The one receptionist was doing an intake, and excused herself from the new client and checked me in. I was very appreciative. So I sat down, I had to be somewhere after my appointment and seemed to be taking a little longer then I expected. I got up and asked the girl behind the reception desk, how long it was going to take as I had another appointment to get to and she reluctantly got up to ask the nurse who had clearly finished with her client before me. The receptionist came back out to the desk and said the nurse will be right out, when in actuality I needed to go back there, as the nurse was ready for me in the treatment room. Before I went in the room I asked if I could schedule my next appointment with her before I was treated and she said that the nurse was ready for me now and that I can schedule my appointment after the treatment. I finished my treatment and walked out and she was with another client and was not able to schedule my appointment. That's fine, but I don't appreciate the lack of engagement from the receptionist. I have had a great experience with the nurses and most of the receptionists.

My last visit to the Temecula office was very pleasent. The lady who did the laser was very professional and sweet making sure the whole area of my chin was properly covered by the laser. This is my 4th visit and it was the best one.

Great laser, nice people. Very effective but minus one star coz they started 20 mins late and that messed up my subsequent plans
