The reason I'm giving only 2 stars is because the amount of money spent does not equal the service received. The stuff is nice and the facility is clean, but I'm not coming and spending thousands of dollars just to see a smiling face and spend an hour in a clean room. The reason I come and spend money is to get rid of the unwanted hair once a for all. This is what their advertisement keep saying: forget about shaving once and for all. Wrong! They should have say: come, spend thousands of dollars and reduce your shaving to be not as often, as before. That's exactly what happened to me. I was told that with each treatment about 10% of the hair will disappear. Well, I purchased a package for 8 treatments for full leg, bikini line, underarms, and couple more small areas. After all of the 8 treatments were done, only about 50% reduction was noticeable. I purchased another package of 3 treatments. As of now, I only have one more treatment to go. I am not near the promised 90-95% reduction. I still have to shave regularly (not as often as before, but still! I spent over $3K already and still have to shave at least once a week, and if planning to wear a bathing suit, couple times a week!) Is this what I paid for? Is this what their ads say? Disappointed :( Once again, the stuff is nice and courteous but the service received is far less than promised for the money spent.

After my entire treatment package, not only have I not noticed any reduction in hair growth in most areas but on one side of the shoulders the growth has actually increased! On top of that, I now have little patches (tiny spots with no hair) on my lower neck which my family members and peers have noticed and questioned whether it was a 'skin problem'. I just don't give 0 stars because of how clean the offices were and how nice and cordial the professional staff is.

I'm upset. Laser hair removal costs a lot of money. I don't make a lot of money, so it was a big investment for me to purchase a large hair removal package that includes laser treatments on my underarms, legs, feet, and brazilian. After my first appointment I was very impressed- LaserAway has great customer service, and it was apparent after only one session that I was having great results. My hair grew back thinner and slower. HOWEVER, I was disappointed and confused that after my next 3 visits I didn't notice ANY results. If anything, all the hair loss I experienced after my first treatment had all grown back. When I brought this up with the nurses treating me, I received responses that made very little sense..."the first treatment was probably a shock to your hair follicle, and now it's used to it, which is why you had such great results at first, but now they don't seem as drastic" or "that's strange, I've never heard of that happening." I asked one nurse if the laser power might need to be turned up, and asked how the settings work, to which she replied, "It's complicated." On my fourth appointment I was frustrated and brought it up again. The nurse admitted to me that she hates that they are required to use"summer settings" that use less power. This blew my mind. I understand the dangers of lasering tan or sunburned skin, but those dangers did not apply to me. Not only did I rarely expose my legs to sunlight this summer, but each time I was careful to use a generous amount of sunscreen. I was not tan. I did not get sunburned. My suspicions of an unnecessary and ineffective low laser setting seemed to be true. After one "fall session", I noticed progress again. I feel like I was ripped off and I was definitely lied to. If I had known about the low summer settings, I would of held off on treatment until the fall.

I had a total of 10 sessions on my legs, under arms and bikini area. It took about 6 sessions to see a modest improvement. I was decently pleased with the results after 10 sessions, but now just a few months after finishing, ALL of the hair is back. It's like I haven't done a thing, with the exception of my bank account which is missing nearly 2 grand. The place is clean and very professional, but it's just not worth it. don't waste your money.

Treatments are over priced for what they are. Would rather return to a professional dermatologist after this experience.

Some staff were nice and friendly but most (including the girl who did most of my sessions) were rude and at times judgemental. She didn't make for a comfortable environment. The front office staff hardly picked up the phone and appointments were difficult to reschedule.

The clear and brilliant tool kept loosing its charge and therefore zero results. The Botox eye lift went wrong as staff injected the wrong muscle so my eyes ended up being pushed down ward instead - had to wait for it to wear off before I started looking normal again. Front desk staff lacks customer service skills

I paid $2k to have my hair removed on my underarms, full bikini area, and my legs. I was told it would be either a 80% reduction or full hair removal. I got neither. I still have to shave so I just threw money away and wasted time. Whats further irritating is that after I explained to the receptionist on two occasions that Im not getting the results I paid for, they both tried to sell me on other items, such as face resurfacing or lasering to remove sunspots. I just told you that you didn't deliver on results on the first thing you scammed me on and now youre trying to ask me to pay for something else that doesn't work? There is a tact with trying to upsell someone. Don't waste your money.
