If you are considering thermage for your abdomen area, it is a waste of money with no real visible result

The past couple of times I scheduled an appointment, the scheduler has given misinformation about when to arrive for my appointment for my tattoo removal. I always ask if the time includes the numbing cream, am told yes - only to find out when I arrive that it did not. Very frustrating.

NIce place but I have had trouble when setting up appointments. It's been 3 times that i have issue scheduling an appointment on the day I can go. I had a family emergency and had to canceled my appointment but they could not set me up in a timely matter, they had scheduled me a month after .

Like any other business or grouping of people, some of their staff are outstanding, and others are mediocre. That understood and accepted, what has bothered me enough to stop using LaserAway is the manner in which we are bombarded with attractive advertisements that omit those small, but expensive details, like a barker at a cheap carnival who tells you enough to capture your interest and then leads you into an experience that is altogether different. And the palpable stress level of their employees is so extreme, there is always an uncomfortable edginess in their offices. I work in emergency situations all the time and do not need to feel the same kind of sharp and shrill energy at a cosmetic service. LazerAway somehow feels fundamentally dishonest, and in addition to how difficult it is to get consistent verbal feedback from the women who answer the phones (different info from different locations and numbers, who also don't know - or tell the whole story), makes it too much work to deal with them. After all, doing something to enhance one's appearance should not erase any potential pleasure by creating an absurd amount of labor or stress. All in all, I will pay whatever it takes to another provider, whose service is honest and gracious and professional. And just as an FYI/addendum, because I was not going to bother writing a review, other women in your waiting rooms have expressed to me their same opinions, as have 3 of my family members and 5 of my colleagues and friends, who will no longer use LazerAway.

I went to LaserAway for 7 treatments of Clear and Brilliant over a little than than a year time period. My skin has never looked so good (I suffered from bad acne and acne scars when I first went in). My skin is about 85% clearer than before treatment and I would recommend the treatment for anyone who suffers from any poor skin condition on their face (pigmentation, acne, etc.). The one complaint I have however which keeps me from giving them 5 stars was simply the customer service. There were multiple times when I called and left messages to either schedule or re-schedule appointments and it was very difficult to get a hold of anyone. I would leave messages and hear nothing back and end up just going in to the office to schedule. Also, only 1 out of the 7 treatments I felt was done to the correct service standard. A numbing cream is applied to your face 30 min or so prior to the treatment, and every time but once I had to put the cream on myself. One of the times the nurse/esthetician did it for me and I felt as though that should have been done EVERY time. If I'm paying upwards of $350 or so per treatment then I personally feel as though I should be, for lack of better words, pampered and not just "treated." Secondly, please please please read the fine print of anything you sign for payment plans. The receptionist verbally TOLD me that I would pay 0% interest as long as I paid off the amount in the first 24 months and I set up automatic payments to ensure that it would be paid off in time.....but only later to find out that was absolutely not true and I signed a contract binding me to 30% interest from the start!!! What ended up being a $2400 treatment turned out to be a $3120 treatment. I plan on taking out a personal loan to just pay it off and avoid the ridiculous interest.
