The staff is very professional and accommodating.

Everyone was nice and I got taken care of quickly andnthe place seemed clean and good. But my main problem was as much as I kept asking about what my total pricing would be they kept pushing a package on me and not saying clearly. I don't know if that's a way to get people to pay more or what but I hope there's better communication next time I go in. If anything just plan to use my Groupon and avoid paying more than I originally intended. It's one of those things where I don't know if they were just confused by my phrasing kdbthe question or they were purposefully ambiguous. We'll see in my next appointment

Great service and locale, a little too pricey. More competition is arising at other places now, and Laser away needs to step up a little to keep up. Their prices are definitely a turn off.

Mary deserves a 5 star for her service. She was amazing and did such a great job. On the other hand I entered and nobody greeted me or talked to me for 5 minutes and then when she finally can out front she just asked has anybody helped me and then said okay you can sit down your treatment will start shortly.. no smile very unfriendly. And then after my amazing experience with Mary again she was not at the front desk to book my next appointment I waited 4 mins and then left. I miss the old front desk girls. She just had her baby but she will be back. Thank God. Laser Away needs her.

went back for my 2nd tattoo removal appointment and it went so fast! under one minute for 3 tattoos (which are about the size of a dollar coin each).

I had a laser hair removal treatment with Jessica yesterday. She was super nice and efficient. I arrived 15 min early and she brought me right back. She also seemed very thorough. My only complaint was a time when a different nurse brought me in and had a new nurse training. I was not even introduced to the new nurse nor was I told that she'd be observing. Then, mid case, the new nurse was suddenly practicing on me. Again, not a word from the regular nurse. I'm fine w/someone learning on me and observing, but I feel it's very professional to ALWAYS tell a patient what's going on. At least say, "this is Jane Doe, our new nurse, and she'll be watching as well as maybe participating if that's ok w/you."

I love this place. It's pricey but good. Girls are really nice and the place is nice and clean!

The treatments performed were very good. I could see the positive effects of the treatment after every session. Although there is no system for the customer to keep a track of how many treatments have been purchased and how many are over. It would be nice if there was an email system indicating what has been purchased and how many treatments are left so that there is more transparency. Also the receipt for the purchase doesn't indicate the treatment name at all. So as a customer I had no proof and couldn't even refer to what I have purchased, since the treatments can go on for a while.
