It's the Key
Customer service is always the key to any company. It can make or break a customer's experience, and that impression will take on an effect on several things such as recommendations of the company, reviews, treatment towards all staff members, and the experience itself. At Laseraway, I have had the best experience with all the staff members for every appointment I've had up to date. Everyone is energetic, knowledgeable, and PATIENT. I am always given information about new specials and offers that are taking place as well as being acknowledged about my pain levels (since I am getting a laser treatment) The place is as clean as it can be every time which is also a plus! I will always recommend this place to anyone who is looking for any kind of treatment this company has. Thank you guys so much for making this one of the best experiences! You are absolutely awesome!

This place is amazing
Laser away in Novato is fantastic. They're always willing to answer any questions or concerns I have. And I love the motto that less is more. You truly feel like they have your best interest in mind when you're there. Can't really ask for anything more than that.

So Glad LaserAway Made It To Frisco!!
I had my first laser treatment earlier this month at LaserAway in Frisco. I recently had a second treatment. What An Experience!!! The staff has been amazing! After getting the consultation with Audra, I decided on the areas I wanted and choose a package with multiple treatments per area. My laser treatments have been very pleasant with little to no pain. Whitney has been great and patient!! I highly recommend LaserAway. They explain the type of laser that is used for the treatments, what to expect during treatments, how to prepare for treatments, how to care for your treated areas after treatment and what to expect with the results. I’ve tried laser treatments at other facilities where I saw little to no results and the price per treatment cost a lot more. I saw results after my first treatment so I know it's working! I know that laser hair removal isn't permanent so knowing I'm at a facility that uses a laser that's safe for my skin type and effective, I'll definitely return for touch-ups after my package is complete.
