Great atmosphere and wonderful service!

I have had a great experience with my treatments. However, I do have to say that I think it’s ridiculous when you get turned away when you are 5 minutes late but when you arrive on time or 10 minutes early, they make you wait at least 10 or 15 minutes. I think there should be a time grace period of at least 10 minutes as traffic in LA is unpredictable.

LaserAway is efficient no frills kind of place. If you want a spa like experience this isn’t it. The girls are nice enough, I would suggest if you have never been here go with a groupon, I wish I would have. I bought one after I had paid for my treatments and they wouldn’t let me use it, the girl at the desk said I could use it as a credit or wait a year. I had clear and brilliant done, it was somewhat effective, not sure it was worth the $1,100 but now I know . The girls said you need six treatments but paying $2200 for something I had never tried wasn’t happening! Overall a decent experience , painful but decent. I will wait a year and use my Groupon for my next visit!

Great care credit financing, botox and laser hair removal. Cool sculpting SUUUUUUCKKKKKKSSSS!!!! It was torturous, expensive and had zero impact on my appearance or weight.

Everyone is extremely friendly but scheduling appointments, which I would imagine is not too difficult to do, is an absolute nightmare. I've had a problem with EVERY single appointment.

I had my first treatment about a week ago. When I walked in, I was not greeted and had to tell them I was there for an appointment. I checked in and was taken back pretty quickly. The process for brazilian and underarms went quick. I would have like more of an overview of what to do before since this was my first time, like can I use lotion the night before or I shouldn't, etc. After the treatment, there was no check out process. I had to ask the front desk if there was anything I need to do after my treatment. One thing they can improve on is customer service.

This was my first appointment getting laser. My doctor was really nice, knew her stuff. They space they are located seems too small for their large cliental.
