My Overall Experience
My very first appointment, I arrived at my scheduled time, after about a 20 minute wait I was brought to the back for the mandatory orientation. Once that was completed, I was brought back to the reception area to wait for an open room. After an hour of waiting, I was told I would need to come back at a later time because there were no nurses available due to a training session that was taking place. My appointment was scheduled a week prior and I was even called the day before for confirmation; not once was it suggested that I reschedule. Mind you, I live 45 minutes away so was not able to return for another few weeks and had it not been for a Groupon I purchased I would never go back. Since I did get a good deal I decided to return - this one was a little better considering I was actually seen and received my laser tattoo treatment but I was not satisfied with the way my tattoo looked. I have had laser treatments before and am familiar with the process and how the tattoos should look immediately during and after. There was no frosting, hardly any "popping" not even any redness afterwards. Even the nurse commented that she would have liked to "hear more popping". I did leave that appointment feeling like it was a waste but considering how I was treated before I decided that complaining would fall on deaf ears, especially since the reviews I have read indicated as much. The package I purchased was for 3 treatments - I did go in for my second treatment and made my nurse aware of my concerns and that one was much better and yielded the results I expected. While the first nurse was very nice, I felt that it was a waste of a treatment. The second nurse is the reason this review is 2 stars instead of one. Again, this was a package purchased through Groupon which is the only reason I returned but I would not recommend this place.
