I love the technicians/nurses but…
I love the technicians/nurses but sometimes the front desk staff is a little too pushy with the promotions.

Amazing service and staff
Amazing service and staff! Love! But one thing that I think can totally be fixed is the fact we only have a 5 minute grace period and your appointment is canceled. Sucks when you live far.:(

I like laser away but my last two…
I like laser away but my last two experience the lady didn’t ask if I wanted a numbing cream or what not. It wasn’t as friendly as I Hope.

Everyone is nice there but they seem a…
Everyone is nice there but they seem a bit unorganized. Always make me wait for my appointment. One time I came in 10 minutes late and they wouldn’t take me. Odd since they make me wait anyway. But I see Jill and she is worth waiting for.

Cant say im not happy with my laser…
Cant say im not happy with my laser hair removal results. Got the full body 10 treatment package and 80% of my hair is gone. The rest grows back in small patches and the hair is thin, hardly noticeable. All the receptionist are very sweet. I was expecting 100% removal as i was consistent with my treatments but i appreciate the discount for touch ups. Thank you Laser away i feel so confident now that i have less hair

Jessica R. the RN was wonderful.... Phoenix front desk assistant very unprofessional
The RN who performed my Botox was wonderful and professional, Jessica R. at the Phoenix location. However, I only rate 4/5 stars because the gal who checked me in was very unprofessional and made me feel very uncomfortable because apparently when I purchased my services ahead of time I purchased from a different location. She made some rude comments towards the RN providing my services who actually was the reason I purchased a package of Botox in the first place. As a customer I should not be made to feel guilty for using a product I spent hundreds of dollars on at a location different from where I apparently purchased from. The transaction was originally done over the phone. Then at the end of my service the same front desk assistant wanted to sell me other services. I thought about the “deal” she was offering me then respectfully declined at this time and again... rude comments and just completely unprofessional. I will not be back to this location nor would I recommend the Phoenix location. Next time I fly to Arizona from out of state I will drive to another location to have services rendered. I do not need to spend my money in Arizona but I chose to because of the RN whom I trusted for my services. It is unfortunate that a front desk assistant could put such a bad taste in a consumers mouth when they aren’t even providing the services that keep the company afloat.

All the girls there are super nice
All the girls there are super nice. However, the hairs grow back not completely gone like they said from the beginning. ( I have Brazilian one), I still have to shave ( so I’m disappointed)
