Great team, feels very safe and clean - the only reason I wouldn't give it 5 stars is due to the prices.

I have actually had a somewhat positive experience with LaserAway. I purchased the Black Card that gives you $7,500 in store credit that is financed (you pay $5,000) over two years. Here is more info - Staff/Nurses - I have had good experiences with the staff and nurses. I agree that some are more thorough than others - some will massage your injection area, give you ice packs, etc. and others will just do the injection, clean it and send you on your way. The first time I had my lips done here the nurse did not ice or numb my lips and the pain was terrible. She actually had to stop because I was moving around. The next time a different nurse did them and she used numbing cream, ice and this buzzing tool and my experience was MUCH better. I have had good interactions with the front desk and scheduling. No issues there. Cost - I would say that even with the Black Card a patient can go through the $7,500 quickly! I had one unit of filler put into each of my cheeks and that was around $2,000. Then lips - $650/syringe times two syringes = $1,300 so $3,300 just in one setting. I do think that the products are priced higher than some other salons in the area. You do have to pace yourself and ultimately not have all of the services done that you'd like to be done if you want to have the $7,500 last for two years. Overall - I'd say my rating is a 3.5. Good in some areas and there could be improvements in other areas.

It’s hard to find an appointment especially if u don’t live in the nyc area but when you do get one you’re in the best of care. The employees really do give you proper advice and they make sure your getting the best treatment possible.

It could use some improvement especially when it comes to rescheduling appointments. The customer service goes right out the window when there’s a “conflict”

Friendly service

They seem great to get you in the door as a client, but are inflexible with scheduling appointments. I needed to 1 appointment and they seemed unmoved and uncaring. As for the treatments I haven't had enough to decide if they're working or not.

Great place, excellent quality service. Often try to up-sell you or offer you other products, but they always offer wonderful, prompt services.
