Misleading “Laser Hair Removal” Claims, Tens of Thousands Spent, and No Resolution
I am a medical professional who purchased laser hair removal from LaserAway—not “reduction”—and completed 26 full treatments across multiple body areas exactly as instructed. Despite perfect compliance, dark hair, appropriate skin tone, no tanning, and fully normal lab work, substantial hair remains, proving the treatments failed entirely. After spending tens of thousands of dollars, I was only later told LaserAway provides “hair reduction”—a blatant bait-and-switch, false advertising, and deceptive marketing tactic. Corporate has ignored repeated calls, in-person visits, and documented medical evidence, while marketing staff continue aggressively soliciting additional payments for treatments that do not work. LaserAway demonstrates chronic employee turnover, systemic incompetence, and total lack of accountability. They have been the subject of class action lawsuits and hundreds of BBB complaints describing the same neglect and deception. I demand immediate accountability, correction, and resolution for the failed services. Until then, I strongly caution all consumers against this company.
