The staff was friendly but the service did not work for me. I spent a lot of money and time for a disappointing result.

Technicians were not consistent. I have felt that I have not gotten the value I am paying for because of the differences in technician performance. They used different laser settings, moved the laser at different speeds (thus missing spots), and worked within different margins. Everyone was nice, mostly, and the office seems clean enough. I have had trouble making appointments. Mistakes happen, but I had to scramble to accommodate a scheduling error. It was very inconvenient. You cannot expect to make short notice appointments in my experience.

The nursing staff that does the actual work is terrific and top-of-the-line. But to get to them you have to go through a nightmare. That nightmare is the Temecula front office manager named Rose. She lies about pricing she lies about things that are said she changes her story and finally had to be called in the room with both parties present to admit that she was not telling the correct version. I paid thousands of dollars that I didn't have to pay and I had a horrible experience, not once, but twice. The entire nursing staff felt so sorry for me. She also did not numb me for a procedure and told me it would be just fine for the lip injections and it was one of the most painful things I've ever been through. I am afraid to go back for my next round of injections but I've already prepaid for because I know she's going to find a way to charge me more money and then make me miserable and uncomfortable again.

Inconsistent sessions. The practitioners never follow the same protocol. Some are detailed and thorough, others seem like they have somewhere else to be, and I feel this has affected the effectiveness of my sessions. At this price point, I expect much better, and I’ve been trying get in contact with customer service to address it. They also seem unorganized. Be sure to keep track of your own sessions. They would tell me it’s my last session when I would have 1 or 2 left, and had to tell them how many I had. I would be safe and go elsewhere.

I schedule appointments in 7 to 8 week increments based on recommendation, and often schedule 16 to 24 weeks out to get an appointment. The staff is very slow and not consistent in treatment at all. I always perform my 3 services on the same day and I have had issues twice with them “not booking enough time”, which is not true. I get taken late into an appointment and have to come back AGAIN for the one area. I had an appointment once and asked if I could be taken 15 minutes early to get to my other obligations. The lady said yes, the staff was sitting in the back and I started my appointment 20 minutes later than my original appointment, for how much money this is, the customer service is super sub par. In addition to the woman who sold me the package had no idea what she was talking about, because as soon as I spoke to the nurse who performs the laser procedures, she told what the woman had explained to me wasn’t true.

The technicians are polite and the office was very clean but after eight sessions, I have hair around my ankles, which means the technician didn't cover that area of my legs... or least some of them didn't. One of the major drawbacks to Laser Away is that you have a different nurse every time you go in so there's no client relationship. No one to track your progress with you. Sometimes the nurse would be kind and help wipe the chalk marks off your legs, others wouldn't. Just sort of a bummer to pay over two grand and not feel cared about.

I went in for my first IPL, I did not notice a single improvement on my brown spots I only have a few. I will go in a for a second IPL hopefully I will see some improvement. I had a fire and ice facial 4 weeks prior to my first IPL and didn’t see anything different either. Haven’t heard a single good review about treatments at this place after telling people about me coming to this place. Staff is nice someone different every time all nice.

I had IPL done, and my eyebrow got burned by a little even though my eyes areas were covered. I gave 2 stars as the nurse was very nice. Also, I never experienced making complicated appointment for the service. They require consultation as the first appointment which took me an hour, too time consuming. Then 2nd appointment for the actual service after the approval. Burned my eyebrow and did not improve my skin. Not for me and will not return.
