Jenna at the Halifax shopping centre branch was very helpful and she made my shopping experience fun. she was very patient and she helped me find exactly what I need.

The no line panties are really great. Easy to wear, feels good and smooth on the skin and really comfortable.

I had a wonderful experience at the Toronto Eaton Centre (Store #7159) on Tuesday while shopping to refresh my wardrobe. I was professionally fitted and assisted by Kayla, who was absolutely excellent. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful—taking the time to find the perfect styles and colours for every occasion. Her professionalism and attention to detail made the entire experience enjoyable and stress-free. Thank you, Kayla, for the outstanding service!

Been shopping here since I was 15-16, I'm 29 now and still love their bras! A lot of stores in Calgary have closed down so I mainly shop online but I'm always pleased with the experience.

I wish there was still an option on the receipt for a survey about the customer service experience - I want to give a huge kudos to the lovely lady that helped me out at the Square One location (8pm on April 22, 2025). I was returning a gift and didn't have a receipt - she was extremely patient and kind and took the time to search the system for the receipt (I knew the date and time it was purchased) and she was able to help me out. Her willingness to take the time and search for this might have seemed small, but something that was huge for me. So thank you !

I don’t know why everybody’s got so much issues with them. My delivery was literally shipped like two days after I ordered it and then it was being delivered three days after that I’ve got no complaints so honestly 10 out of 10 service

Store associate: Was extremely helpful Went out of her way to help me with just the right bras I should be wearing and absolutely just sweet . Job well well done .

Lasenza is THEE place to buy bras, panties and lingerie. The quality is fantastic, with lots of selection! Sales almost every day and really good prices!! They have bras for work, bras for every day, big tiddies , little tiddies, athletic, night out, etc!! I find that there are so many sets and combinations to choose from, with so many colours and designs to make anyone feel sexy... way better than anything you would find in the modge podge of Victoria’s Secret mis matched madness. Shipping was super fast, with everything arriving as it should and tags still on it for easy store return/exchange. I would recommend lasenza to everyone!!!
