Overall I like LASCANA, selection is good and , if I wait for a sale, prices are also. Several years ago their quality was much better but as of the last year or so it’s gone downhill. The fit is usually true to size but it’s often difficult to tell exactly what the quality of the fabric is even with THEIR description. Sometimes it’s great other times it’s like I got the item at a dollar store. I’ve never returned anything if I don’t like an item I donate it so I can’t comment on the return policy.

I was skeptical because buying bathing suits online is always a challenge for me. I took a chance and went with this company, and bought one bathing suit. I received it in a timely fashion, about 7 days, which isn't shabby. The bikini was a perfect fit. The quality was there as well, even the cups for the bikini or thick enough and not flimsy. I ended up ordering another bathing suit from them, and again it came in a timely fashion and fit perfect. I ordered a top that I did not like on me, and they have "Happy Returns" , so I'm able to return it to UPS without an issue. So far so good!! I will be buying from them again. I wanted to offset some of the bad reviews because I was really impressed with this company.

I ordered a swim suit and dress. Both were quality items, but i ordered the wing size. The return processis arduous. It says returns are free but they charge you a little over $6 for shipping if you use the label they provide. I suggest getting a tracking number. It has been 2 weeks and they haven't processed the return yet (it's July of the covid crisis so ymmv). I was able to speak with a representative when I called.
