I received my battery within 3 weeks, as was expected considering my MSI laptop is 8 years old. I was very pleased by the prompt and friendly customer support I received from Amy. The price of the battery was significantly cheaper than other sources. I will definitely deal with them again if need be.

Good service! There was a little confusion with my order, but tech support (Amy) quickly answered all my questions and we found a great solution. Sent on time and quickly, given the circumstances. I would do business with them again!

Got my replacement battery in good time. Just installed this weekend and brings my laptop back to 6-8 hr use per charge again! Previously, the old battery was doing less than 2 hours per charge. Thanks.

Great communication! I overlooked selecting the adaptor for the laptop battery I order and their support staff (Amy) contacted me immediately. We were able to select the correct adaptor, but unfortunately the battery with the adapter I needed was sold out and would not be in stock in the near future. They provided a full refund (which will show up on account in 5-10 days) and remedied the situation quickly! I was impressed as most suppliers can take up to a week or more before remedying such situations. Thank you Laptop Battery Shop!!!!
