I am so grateful, I was able to find the battery I needed it is an Internal battery for a Dell Inspion PC/Tablet All in One. I leave it plugged in all the time so it will eat up a battery in a couple of years. I have also replaced it once. This is the second internal Battery for it. I was good with the shipping time Grateful for them having the battery nobody else had. Pricing was also really good with free shipping. Thank You

I purchased an MSI battery replacement on the 16th, the shipment was the day after which is impressive taking into consideration the COVID-19 situation. The shipment was very long, about 3 weeks so don't expect it to be fast. The tracking is very lacking and not informative. BUT! I the costumer service is on another level! I had Amy which was so kind, extremely responsive - she didn't ignored any email and even helped me to track the package and stated that if a problem will accoure I'll get my money back. Highly suggested if you can wait that long for a battery. The service is the strong point!

Finally! A battery website that delivers. So I have an HP Pavilion model #: 15-ay009dx that is a few years old but works fine...save for the battery of course. 2 years ago I had ordered a replacement battery from Amazon (mine died, just crapped out after so many years, which we all know happens). I ordered using the "replace with part xxxxxx" sticker on the original HP battery to determine which one to buy. I bought it, and even though it technically "fit" my laptop I didn't understand why this brand new replacement battery wouldn't charge above 75%. Ever. Out of the box brand new it seemed to only charge up to a certain point. Over the past 2 years I've noticed it's slowly been getting worse; this past month it not even charging to 50%. So I did some research. Turns out, it was the wrong replacement battery to begin with! My specific battery - the original - had a different voltage than the replacement from Amazon and that's what was affecting it. I started reading and trying to find the battery with the specific part number AND voltage that my original had (because the two are very similar but NOT interchangeable), but ALL of the ones currently listed on Amazon are mislabeled or no good (how do I know not good? I bought one with the correct specs and voltage "used - very good" and it was DOA). I got so frustrated. But I kept searching for this rare unicorn of a battery. And then after seeing a few "scam" sites with terrible reviews here on TrustPilot I found this website. Hallelujah! Look. It's no secret, all this stuff is manufactured in China or Hong Kong. But it was actually nice to find a website and company that had the battery with the very specific specs I needed - and brand NEW! - in stock. And free shipping???And they actually have "Contact Us" info on their site. And they have warehouses in several different countries to ease the hassle of shipping. And they have a pretty thorough, spec heavy website. So, I tried it. Waiting with baited breath to write a 1 star review as you would about every other scam website selling laptop accessories. But it isn't. And I haven't. Because this is by far the best, most reliable laptop battery/accessory site that isn't Amazon I've come across. It took 8 business days via FedEx to get here from California - four states over. But I'm not fussy. I was fine with waiting if it meant I would receive the correct battery. And hallelujah!
