ATTENZIONE, il prodotto è spacciato per originale, ma in realtà è un prodotto cinese compatibile, magari funziona ugualmente, ma NON È ORIGINALE, infatti sto avendo problemi a caricarla perchè il sistema riconosce che non è una batteria supportata. Il negozio non è UK ma spedisce dalla Cina. Tempo di spedizione 3-4 settimane. Il prodotto è arrivato sano e in tempi ragionevoli. Non ho idea di come si comporti l'assistenza post-vendita, dato che non ho avuto modo di parlarci. NOTA BENE: ho pagato delle tasse doganali di € 4.50 non specificate da nessuna parte. Ho ordinato una batteria per laptop. La batteria ha le dimensioni e le fattezze dell'originale, ma l'adesivo con la descrizione sembra fasullo e poggiato alla meglio e con le scritte del produttore e altre sigle utili cancellate per problemi di autenticità indubbiamente. Quindi ciò che vende di sicuro NON è ORIGINALE, ma una copia contraffatta, spacciata per originale, di fatti non vi è alcuna garanzia ufficiale, nè alcun sigillo, nè niente e il mio pc dice che è una batteria NON SUPPORTATA, carica a tratti sì altri no. Comprate a vostro rischio e pericolo e sappiate di acquistare solo un prodotto cinese compatibile. In tutto ho pagato 60 euro e non mi sento soddisfatto visto che il prodotto non è originale e non funziona bene come l'originale. A quel punto meglio acquistare da AliExpress e si hanno più garanzie per un reso.

BUYER BEWARE!! They sent a battery that did not fit. Trust me- I would have loved for it to work- it was desperately needed!!! They don’t pay return shipping and you have to send back to China! $30 or more to ship back and it’s a huge hassle. Super sketchy selling knock off batteries that may or may no worries for your computer. I can’t believe these guys have any good ratings on here. Shocked.

Slechte service, gevraagd voor een accu voor mijn MSI laptop. Mijn serienummer stond er niet tussen en heb om advies gevraagd. Krijg de mail om de laptop volledig open te maken en de accu op de foto te zetten. Dit islastig bij deze laptop en kost een hoop moeite en geef aan dat ik advies wil, wellicht bij MSI kunnen opvragen. vervolgens gezegd stuur maar op ik regel het zelf wel. Blijven moeilijk doen voor een foto en reageren niet op mijn andere opmerkingen en vragen. Uiteindelijk geannuleerd en krijg geen reactie meer. Heel erg slecht.
