The battery works, not long, but it can last for 1 hour before it runs out. I guess it's expected from a battery from an old model? Had some issues with shipping, but that was the fault of USPS. Emailed laptop-battery-shop.com, and they responded quickly.

Only thing missing were a few screws… When I first started looking months ago for a new battery I looked everywhere and ended up here. Turned out to be a great result. They contacted me after purchasing and asked questions and wanted pictures of the original. From that they said I got the wrong one and pointed me to the right one. They then cancelled my order with refund and sent me a link directly to the battery I needed. After a few months of procrastination I ordered from the link. Customs took their time but it got to me and fit perfectly but I only had 2 screws on hand so needed a few more but no luck. Now the laptop charges fast, last longer than when I first bought it. They only issue is it won’t charge via usb c but think that is a windows 11 thing possibly.

Sorry for not providing you with a 5-star shopping experience. Each of our batteries comes with a small installation package to assist customers in installation. But screws are not included. If customers are not sure which type of battery they need, they can contact our customer service to confirm.

Laptop Battery Shop was great to work with! After the order was placed they contacted me to double check the order to make sure I got the correct battery the first time. The battery came in a timely manner and was the correct battery for the tablet I had. If I ever need another battery I will use Laptop Battery Shop!

Even though I messed my order and got a battery with a false interface, Laptop Battery Shop delivered a new battery relatively fast. Thank you!
