I bought a battery here for an old laptop I was refurbishing. Shipping was prompt, and the battery works as described.

Item was easy to find, good price. I was contacted to double check the specs, item was sent. Took a few days to arrive, but it did so in good condition and my battery has been working okay for a few months now. It was exactly what I needed in a moment of uncertainty.

When ordering the order process fails with an error "10468" but the amount is charged to the credit card anyway. So one pays for goods one has no means to receive. This means lengthy chargeback processes or the money has capitalised. 10486 This transaction couldn't be completed. - This transaction couldn't be completed. Please redirect your customer to PayPal.

This is a wrong comment. Our website has been in operation for more than 10 years. The credibility is guaranteed. Every day, we have customers complete orders through PayPal payment. We are also fulfilling the order obligations. The situation you mentioned is absolutely impossible to occur. We have strictly verified our recent transaction records and found no abnormalities. Please contact your PayPal customer service to verify the situation. thank you

Delivered as expected, this time from China (which doesn't really matter, but it used to come from Germany). If it performs the same as the last one I will be very happy.

Thank you for your repurchase. We have warehouses in Germany, the United States and Australia. But the main warehouse is still in China. Our shipping warehouse is determined by the battery inventory situation and the customer's address.

I purchased an AP18E8M replacement battery for my Acer Predator Helios 300 (2021) from Laptop Battery Shop, and I couldn't be happier. An original OEM battery would have cost around $150, but I got a much better deal here. I was a bit skeptical at first, but the shop offered a solid warranty and a hassle-free refund option, which gave me peace of mind. It has been a month now, and the battery is working flawlessly. There is no idle drain, it fits perfectly inside the laptop chassis, and it passed OEM detection with zero issues. Highly recommend this shop if you want original-level performance without the massive manufacturer markup! Also note: Although the website looks a bit outdated, the payment process is completely secure. I had my doubts at first, but the transaction went smoothly and the store is entirely legit. Ultimately, they delivered exactly what I needed and I'm very happy with my purchase.

Thanks for your trust. Our website has been in operation for over 10 years and its reputation has always been guaranteed. The battery is guaranteed for one year, and a small tool is given for free to help customers install it. We will update the website design issues in the future. Thank you for your suggestion.
