Laptop Battery ShopReviews of laptop-battery-shop.com

Ordered battery delivered within 4 days. When installing the battery I found out that the fitment was not perfect but at the end it worked

I bought one at the "other" store and was the wrong one. Not even close. I like the way you ask for battery number and laptop make/model to confirm correct one. Right one first time and works! Thank you

The battery was as advertised, the price good and the delivery great. On small improvement could be in feed back regarding the confirmation of the order.

This review is for the customer service I received from this vendor. I ordered a battery for my ASUS laptop, but unfortunately chose the wrong model battery and so I could not use it. Totally my fault. I contacted the store and explained what happened. They said that return shipping (which I would need to pay for, fair) to China would be about as expensive as the battery itself, so it wasn't practical for me to return the battery. Instead they offered to reimburse me if 1) another customer in the US needed this battery and I could send it to them, or 2) if that didn't happen after several months, they would refund me the cost of the battery. After several months and no word, I reached back out to inquire about the refund. They processed it immediately. Although there was a long delay between my purchase and refund I think the company went out of their way to accommodate me for a mistake I made. The customer service responses were always prompt and helpful. I would use this shop again, though I would do my research a bit better next time to make sure I picked the correct product.

Excellent customer service was very responsive and patient when I didn't correctly follow instructions when ordering a charger. Any updates on their part were prompt. Excellent service.

The item was sent in error and when I emailed them they changed it and sent me a new one. Thanks

I ordered a replacement battery for my laptop, an Asus A15 with a 90 WH battery. They emailed me right away in order to confirm that the battery I needed was the correct version which was appreciated. When I received the battery it fit my laptop perfectly and after charging and using it for a bit, I noticed that it actually had a higher capacity (95 WH) than the OEM one which was a nice bonus. For the price I'm more than happy.

I had previously left a bad review because it had appeared that my battery had simply arrived at a processing center and never moved after that, turns out it was a tracking error and it had nothing to do with Laptop Battery Shop, in all my years of buying online products I had never seen this happen but apparently for whatever reason there were two different tracking reports with two different shipping companies and when I plugged in the tracking number I would see a incorrect report. I have received my battery as of this morning and it even arrived with two handy small screw drivers ( They seem to be made better than the ones I ordered online) battery has now been installed the only thing that remains is to see if it charges which if it does not I won't be surprised if it's not a laptop issue and not the battery. My apologies to Laptop Battery Shop for the bad review (again, I was only going off the shipping updates) and I will let you know if there is any problems (battery was at 71% when I put it in)
