Although, I had to send my battery back due to the battery being longer than my original battery, because there are 2 models for my battery including same model number, there speedy replies and helpful customer service is why I am giving them 4 stars, because I found the experience to be pleasant and they were quick to refund me all of my costs, including what I paid to send it back. Would do business with them again the future. Thanks!

After I had a problem with a laptop battery bought from this store, the owner gave me a full refund within a week. In my opinion there is no risk in shopping on this site and the owner is very responsive to any problems encountered.

Sorry for the trouble. Is this a problem you encountered the first time you used the battery, or did the battery problem occur after two months of use? Don't worry, your order is guaranteed for one year. After we confirm the battery problem, you can ask us for a full refund or send you a new battery. Waiting for your reply. Once again, we express our sincere apologies for the trouble we have caused you.

Hi. Sorry for the trouble. You placed the order on May 31st. We sent out your package on the 1st. The parcel had arrived in the United States and completed customs clearance on 9th. The parcel arrived at the destination on 24th due to the delay in delivery due to the error in handling the parcel at your local post office. We sincerely apologize for this situation. In the future, we will pay attention to follow up the parcels and try to avoid the same problem.

I wanted to revitalize my 7 year old Fujitsu engineering laptop computer, and was so surprised someone had the battery in stock! I'm no longer chained to the wall socket and can freely use the computer for hours before I plug it back in. Overall, I would definitely use this site again :)

I truly think this is one of the best sites to buy PC batteries, the communication is top-notch, the shipping was pretty fast and most importantly the product was great quality and price-wise and worked right of the box.

I purchased a replacement laptop battery from this site. Ordering it from the U.S., I was originally a bit concerned about the seller's Chinese origin but decided to trust the reviews on Trustpilot. Also, seller claimed to have a "local" regional warehouse in Chico, CA, from where the item was to be shipped. The item arrived on time! It was well packaged, and its quality was pristine. After the battery was installed, it was charged to 100% without any issue. Note: Check your junk/spam folder for the confirmation receipt, which seller sends it via email.

Thanks for your comments. If the battery ordered by the customer is in stock in our overseas warehouse in the United States, we will give priority to shipping from the overseas warehouse. Generally, it only takes 3-6 working days to arrive.
