Bonnie M.
The vet was in a hurry and it showed no caring concern for my genuine loss.
The vet was in a hurry and it showed. It made me, my daughter, and my pet very wary. She said the right things but poking her in the eye 3-4 times to prove she had no “blink reflex” was heart shattering. She kept trying to make it go faster and started doing things before we were ready. It was discomforting at best and rude at the worst. The woman that answered the phone was extremely polite and genuinely sorry for our baby. She’s the one that sold me. The vet acted like she was late for a lunch date and took it out on my Lovey kitty. She did too much to her while she was “sleeping” and it made me angry. I felt rushed to say goodbye and I’ll never forgive her for that. The things that came after were genuinely lovely and I had a hard time wrapping my head around the vet’s negativity in the center with the other two area’s positivity. It didn’t even match what I was told what would happen. I’ll refer your company to NOBODY. It’s taken me this long to be able to even type about it. I do not remember the exact date. I have only guessed. It is a date I do not want to ever remember. Sincerely, Bonnie M.
