Been reaching out for 3 weeks and commenting on social media asking for a response. Despite them responding to other people on posts, they ignored my message completely. Have to go through my bank now to get a refund. Hope they really arent a fake/scam company because the product looks awesome. I would just much rather get it from a reliable company.

Horrible customer service and never received my order. In July 2020 I ordered a pair of shoes off their site, after patiently waiting 3 months I contacted LaPerlaMX to find out my order status and they said there were delays because of COVID. So I waited another few months and contacted them again. Still no updates. I attempted to get a refund and they told me that was not store policy. Finally, after waiting 9 months with no updates on my order they sent a gift card for the amount of my order. I declined stating I wanted a refund and I did not feel comfortable shopping at their store. Without offering any explanation they finally sent me a refund. I would recommend avoiding the trouble and finding your shoes someplace else for much cheaper.

If I could I would give them a negative five stars! Their customer service is horrible and I am not even kidding when I ordered three pairs I got two and the last pair they never shipped! After a whole year! When I contacted them about it their response with a virtual gift card took three months! There are dozens of other places that sell the exact same thing with way better experiences and customer service.

Horrible customer service! At first I was patient but 4 months passed by and I’ve been requesting a date or status on the shoes & all I get is the automated system I paid 80+ for horrible shipping system! I don’t usually complain but you pay so much for your item to take a whole year to ship! Why promote an item that is not in stock or made yet! This is basically robbery & I most definitely will be contacting my bank! I waited my 12 weeks and additional days! We customers work as hard to get our money to be serviced like this! Upgrade your shipping system or don’t promote items that are not made! If a business is growing you should invest in your business and upgrade the shipping system! Terrible service! I have ordered from other New Mexico companies who have shipped out within the 4 weeks! These type of companies you guys are wanting to promote is robbery!

Bad customer service. They do not have the products in stock and they have no real timeline of when you can expect the shoes. I waited almost 6 months before I filed a dispute and got a refund. They wouldn’t willingly issue a refund. Only store credit. If you can even ship what I ordered, why would I want anything else? Bad business and false advertisement. If you don’t have product in stock or a solid ETA do not promote products. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere. Buyer beware.

Terrible customer service. When you order your shoes are not made, which is fine. But they have no real idea when they will be made. They give no dates and then they dance around all questions. The rep even said “I said what I said” to me! NEVER BUY from this site!
