This company that now goes by Saintsmx and used to go by LaPerlamx is a scam. I ordered a pair of shoes 7/31/21 and never received my shoes. I emailed them on November 17, 2021 and was told my shoes were in production. I asked how much longer it would take and didn't hear back until January 11, 2022 that said he/she had just recovered from COVID and were trying to catch up. I still have not received my order. They have many reviews that say the same thing. They are just a scam of a company ripping people off of their money. I also sent them an email on 3/14/22 telling them of the many scam reviews they have and that I was going to put in a complaint with the BBB and never got a response. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!

Now go by SaintsMx. Exact same situations as everyone else on here.. never got the shoes I rightfully paid for and has yet to receive any compensation after being promised a refund 4 times. How is this business still running?? Where else can I make these complaints?? I want them gone.

Ordered a pair of shoes 07/24/2021. It is not 03/13/22 and I still have not received them. Found the company on tik tok. I've emailed and emailed and emailed. Finally received a response on 3/3/22 saying thanks for your email we will get back to you shortly.... jeez. What a scam.

SCAMMMER ALERT!!!!!! Terrible ordered two shoes on June, 5th 2021. I only received partial order in October 2021. I contacted them and instead of issuing a refund I got an email that an order was put in again. I contacted her again November 1, 2021, asking for a refund, not a replacement. She said ok, it's been two weeks I've heard nothing and received no refund. Her Instagram page has now disappeared as well. SCAMMMMMER

SCAM Alert! I placed an order onn February 7 2021. They said it would take 6 weeks to receive my ordered sandals. I had to basically email them weekly for the next 6 MONTHS to get status and finally I canceled my order via email and requested a refund. They did not answer and weeks later sent me a "gift card" in August. I wrote back several times rejecting the gift card option. Finally in the month of November they replied and said but we gave you a gift card. I told them I did not want their product any more and wanted my money back. They agreed. Weeks later no refund. I wrote back several times and finally they said we are working on our refund list it will take a while. Yeah I bet!

La Perla MX is a SCAM!!!! DO NOT buy from them. My boyfriend ordered me $80 boots in December of 2020 as a Christmas gift. It is 10/18/21 and we haven't received them. I sent them an email in April 2021, to ask what the statues on my order was. I sent them a screenshot of the order, they responded with an apology and said they would send them out soon. It is now OCTOBER!!! We're literally approaching the year mark and we haven't received them. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

I gave this a 5 star in hopes of pushing it to the top.. I have ordered the black julianna TWO times and never received them. The 1st time, after 10 weeks, I asked for a complete different pair bc it was taking so long. At that time the website said 6-10 weeks. THIS time I ordered them in MARCH! And still, no sandals at the end of august. Not only that but I have emailed over and over with no response. Today I opened my email and there was a gift card for the price of the sandal, not including the shipping that I already paid. No explanation or apology… no offer of a REFUND, just a e-gift certificate for the price of the sandal only. Do not support this company if you care about being treated right or ever seeing the product! Laperlamx, I fully support small business and wanted to support yours, however, you do not take care of your customers or make things right when it’s wrong on your behalf. I will no longer support you and I will never share your company again with another person. I’ve tried to have grace with you in my emails to you and the e-gift without even an apology has completely turned me out, sis. Step it up, or get out of retail.

Exactly what the other people said here… I ordered boots in sept 2020 and it’s August 2021, still no boots. I contacted them via email them in February and didn’t respond. I sent another email in March and they replied with “they will send after april” then in may I emailed them and said they no longer made those boots that I should of gotten a refund. I then responded with I didn’t and I’ll be waiting. It’s been 3 months 3 emails asking where’s my refund and nothing. They stole my money!!!!
