I had to call the branch on Salem Rd today. The first time I was on hold for 25 minutes before I had to hang up. My second attempt I was on hold for over 30 minutes before someone finally answered. They had taken an overdraft amount of $29 even though I still had money in my account. WATCH YOUR ACCOUNTS. If they did it once and you don't catch it, they will do it as many times as they feel until they get caught. This is the worst bank!!

I gave them a five because they always have my back and you can get paid up to three days early. The staff are kind and courteous and always happy to assist.

Very Professional Customer Service! It does take a lot of steps to sign up but once it’s done, it’s smooth sailing! On of the Best Credit Unions in the country! Very good App to use !

When we federal credit union staff made inappropriate comments towards me saying something, because I pointed out that they made inappropriate comments towards me. I made it clear that the people that were inappropriate to me were forbidden forever conversing with me about my phone ever again but they’re not allowed to answer the phone when I call her because they could not mind their manners in response to me making complaints Langley federal credit union abused me refuse to lower my interest rate knowing that the credit card that they loaned me money on bits of money by bits of money from $1000-$20,000 and less than a year because my dad was dying in her prescription I couldn’t afford them. When federal credit union couldn’t help me make responsible financial decisions nor did they guide me towards responsible financial decisions. I asked for a loan for an RV. They denied the loan, but they allowed me to borrow twice as much money as I was wanting to borrow for the RV Homeless didn’t have a car I was paying for my medical because the VA wasn’t paying for it. When we federal credit union staff exploited their knowledge of my service dog being ill and me not having the money to pay for it they exploited knowing that I was desperate to keep her alive and couldn’t afford her prescription kept me in squalor kept me in debt for 18 years that kind of card was looming over me at the balance of $20,000 of an interest rate of the teens. Can’t tell you how oppressed my situation was because of Langley and their irresponsible financial guidance. If I made a complaint, they would act like they were crying when I called in, and they would accuse me of saying something I never said. The easiest way to get away with committing inappropriate vernacular towards someone is to throw shade. The indiscretions of Langley federal credit union staff was absolutely devastating to me financially, and just to my life and the ability for me to by house was taken from me 18 years ability for me to buy a car for 18 years robbed for me because of Langley federal credit unions choice to exploit their knowledge of me having a service dog I could not put down and couldn’t afford to medicate without credit unless I would’ve had a home and that RV would’ve been perfect. I would’ve been spending over 2000 a month in hotel bills because we were homeless, when we fed her was very aware that I have brain damage and have made fun of me, use their knowledge of me having brain damage as a subject for them to blame me for not always remembering.

A Customer wants to buy a vehicle from my company. Loan was approved and all paperwork was submitted. She was told check would overnighted to my dealership and to call when it arrived so she could come pick up the vehicle. No check has arrived as of today. I told her to call credit union to see what problem is. I also tried to call Langley but they have it almost impossible to talk to anyone about anything!

If you are considering an auto loan with Langley FCU, look elsewhere. It seems like they partner mostly with shady used car dealerships, and their loan servicing reflects exactly that kind of predatory business model. They force-placed an outrageously expensive Collateral Protection Insurance (CPI) policy on my account for a brief ~1.5mo window where I only carried liability coverage. They charged me $585 for less than two months of coverage, basing it on an absurd $3,681/yr premium for a ~$25k used 2018 vehicle. When I updated my policy to meet their requirements (through Progressive for a fraction of their cost) and messaged them to dispute the $585 fee, the customer service was shocking. The representative refused to help, deflected me to a third-party phone number, and in the exact same message, tried to pitch me a high-yield savings account! I was so disgusted by their predatory fees and terrible customer service that I actually sold my car today just to pay off the loan and escape this credit union entirely. Avoid their auto loans at all costs.

20 min before closing on Christmas Eve! I’m calling because I’m trying to complete a transaction with my credit card. The other end says it stoped the transaction for potential fraud! I’m on the phone and can’t get through due to them having this North Korean algorithm bimbo,”don’t understand “ even pressing zero! Still waiting for email or text or anything from bank to ok the transaction! Nothing came! I jump in the car and barely make it to the bank, when they sent the text as I park my car! LoL! I’m closing this account!
