Lanera foundation besteld voor 27,95. Kreeg een goedkoop goedje van AliE expres van 2,47. Ik heb om het retour adres gevraagd, geen reactie….. mijn geld ben ik kwijt.

Having assumed this product was manufactured in the USA, after many weeks of seeing the advertising on Facebook I ordered some. I was shocked when I realised it was being shipped from China and even before it arrived had decided I wouldn't wear it. I don't trust anything from the land whose most successful export to date is COVID. I'll be binning it as soon as it arrives and should I see their ads again I'll warn people it's made in China, which doesn't have the same safeguards as the UK. Really annoyed at falling for this scam 😡😡😡

I only received the order last week used the foundation twice and the bottle is empty! Surely that can’t be correct. I contacted customer services and requested a replacement and Received this reply The foundation volume inside the bottle is exactly 1 fl. oz. as stated on the website/bottle. There's always empty space in the bottle so that it doesn't explode when transporting the items. Hope this helps and thank you Alexa from Lanera Support Absolutely ridicules. Did not even commented on the fact that I only used 2 pumps. Avoid Since me complaining all over the net I received a replacement still avoid

As a 50-something woman I fell for the relentless advertising on Facebook and ordered the foundation. It was only when my order confirmation came through that I saw it was shipping straight from China. I wouldn’t choose to buy cosmetics from China as there is no regulation on ingredients as there is in Europe and the US. The foundation has arrived and I thought it was worth a try. It is very thick, and more like a concealer cream or something that would be used in theatre. It worked reasonably well dabbed on blemishes in the same way as a concealer would. But it is far too heavy to wear all over one’s face. I tried this and it made my skin look far more wrinkled than it actually is. It caked terribly on my nose after a couple of hours and looked appalling. But in any event, I wouldn’t wear this every day as I can’t trust the ingredients. A £25 bottle going straight in the bin sadly. But my own fault for not doing my research before buying!

Product is made/shipped from China. I did not know this when I ordered it. Personal preference is to return unused products. Immediately after receiving it I contacted customer service requesting a return address. They want to send me new colors. This is not what I requested. Days later I am still not getting an address, even though they clearly state a guarantee a refund on products. You can’t find a return label anywhere!!!! This is a scam. DO NOT BUY this product. The company does not care about the customer!

Yikes the colour is far too dark for me. It seems greasy and it doesn’t cover well Lots came off on my clothing Felt really suffocating I’d love a refund but china is too far to walk with my unused product
