Scam!!! Same response to all who give a bad review. “Christopher” who???? Don’t order from this company!!

I ordered the cutting board months again, they never sent it and they over charged my $56. I asked for my product or a refund and they said they would send me $8. DONT BUY FROM THEM THEY ARE A SCAM!

Scam website - ordered a christmas booklovers for my kid. It says it includes things but it's all empty

I ordered a kids smartphone from them (order number ( 984S249579 ) on October 25th, it was despatched on 28th October, and I still haven't received it'. The last tracking notification was on 22nd November putting it as in transit in Belfast, Northern Ireland, I live in the East Midlands of England. Every time I contact them they just say it's on its way. The tracking site they use doesn't give me the courier name, like the one I usually use ( they don't recognise the tracking number I was given ) , so I can't contact them directly like I normally would.

SCAM. This company also runs under the name of Runkiwi on facebook. They give an order total and then charge more. AVOID

My mother bought an (overpriced) mosquito guard from this scam company. The first one didn't work. They sent another but that didn't work either. They offered a $2 refund (for a $30) item. Several emails later and the offer went up to $9 ($1 for each email response). I asked to return the goods. They told me that it would be too expensive to return to China and wouldn't allow me to return it to the local UK address that it had been sent from. I had a friend travelling to China so asked for the returns address five times - they just would not give me the address. My mother posted a Trustpilot review and got to standard "...contact our customer service and we will help from "Christopher"" I have since emailed customer service and Christopher twice over the last month - no response at all. I expect the same standard response will be given here. Do not buy from this company. The product quality is poor. They are dishonest as 1)they don't honour the 90 day guarantee that they advertise and 2)customer service does not refund if the goods are faulty.

SCAM - USELESS PRODUCTS & CUSTOMER SERVICE I ordered 3 x bodysuits which were absolutely terrible quality and supposed to be size L. They were more like XXL, very bad material, just awful. Emailed immediately so within the timescale and have gotten nowhere, not even a response. Now on my 3rd email trying to get a refund. £32.36. SCAM SCAM SCAM

I ordered 2 smart phones on Oct 12. I have not received any notification since November 10. I have emailed and no response.
