I didn’t receive my kids smartphone toy. I purchased it in mid October 2024. I paid $39.99 plus &5.98 shipping & $1.20 shipping insurance. Where do I go make a complaint?

ompré un producto con envio que llegaba en menos de 1 semana. Me mandaron el link de envio y venia de Estados Unidos, pasó más de un mes de la compra y pedí que me reembolsaran el dinero ya que el pedido no habia llegado, me contestaron al momento diciendo que me habían mandado otro paquete, pero al ver el link de tracking el producto lo habian mandado hacia una semana (una semana antes de que yo pidiera el reembolso) y esta vez venia de china. Web nada fiable. No compren nada en esta web

BEWARE!!!! NEVER Received the Smart Phone for a Child. It showed delivered on November 25th after I ordered October 19th. I have cameras everywhere, it never came, asked all the neighbors and no one had it. I had the Post Office look into the tracking. They said packages from China can not come US Priority Mail. The tracking can be found somehow on the internet and put into this like it was shipped to us. They took someone elses tracking number for the area that was sent Priority Mail and the Post Office Lady gave me the address that this certain package was sent to. Was not it! Tracking they sent us from China was ending in a YQ and then gave us a tracking for US . We never received the package and the way they did it, Paypal will not refund us. This is a SCAM Company beware!!!

This company is a scam. They don’t take returns. Comes from overseas took a month to get to me. The poor guy who had to deal with my emails offered me $17 To try and help out of his own pocket. I fought the charge. Nothing else to do.

Purchased an item in August. Four months later, I have received nothing. They claim to have sent it twice...but then again they also claim that my local post office received and rejected the package (untrue), and therefore they will deduct shipping PLUS the value of the product THAT I NEVER RECEIVED. A fraudulent scam operation.

Ordered toy I phones, it’s been over a month, still haven’t received them, they are telling me they are being held at the post office, which is not true, total scam, don’t order from this site!!!

Total SCAM. Never ordered and never received the merchandise that I was billed for. Get no help form Compucare! Keep telling them never received and keep getting put off. Told to contact USPS but no record of receipt from them either! They state delivered but where? I have a locking mailbox so???? Total SCAM. Have to go to CC for assistance as I have been billed $49.96 for nothing. BEWARE this firm!

Total scam. Avoid at all cost. Bought what was supposed to be permanent outdoor lights and got some cheap usb lights. Totally different than the video they showed. After contacting them to return them they offered me like $3. Company is a scam, they are saying it is expensive to ship back, they are refusing to refund and provide a return label. Stay away from the company.
