L & M Carpet One Floor & HomeReviews of landmcarpetonemechanicsville.com

Quality install and fabulous customer service!

Carpet job was awesome. We've enjoyed working with L&M Carpet One Floor & Home

Although the sales people were nice, I did not feel they were very helpful. I was told to check websites to see what I wanted instead of them helping me to make choice. When I asked questions about the difference in carpet brands they kept steering me to their brand w/o answering my questions. My salesperson was on vacation so the product was not ordered until she got back delaying my getting on their schedule. Creative Remodeling did a great job and Mike did a wonderful job on laying the tile. The job is beautiful but the front end experience very disappointing.

I am extremely pleased with L & M. When I first walked in I didn't know exactly what I wanted or needed but was greeted by Cathy Perkins one of their Sales Consultants. Over the following weeks she worked with me and helped me make the right choices for my particular needs and budget. I am very well satisfied and do not hesitate to recommend L & M to anyone regarding their flooring needs. I will be returning in the near future to talk with them concerning additional decoration needs for my new home.

Everything about the experience was excellent. Professional sales person-Laurel-and installers. I have used them three times and won't hesitate to use them again.

Excellent Service from start to finish. Store personnel were easy to work with - helpful but not pushy. Prompt follow-up for measurements. Installation was fast and efficient. Installers were very respectful of our home.

I have been very pleased with my new kitchen flooring. The experience with the staff and installers was great. Thanks for the excellent service.

L & M is an amazing company. We have used them exclusively for our floor covering needs. They are always so courteous and timely in getting quotes to us. Their installation crews have many years of experience and complete their work with excellence. Paul Dreiling, Administrator, Immanuel Baptist Church
