Hello, Shanta! If you order multiple reports together you will receive an individual email for each one once it has been run. I'm sorry if there was any confusion about this. I believe you're referring to the order that you made on the 23rd? It doesn't look like we've received authorization from that applicant yet, but we have been in communication with her on this matter. As soon as we receive authorization and she is able to verify her identity we can run that report for you. Hi, William! I'm sorry that you've had some trouble with the criminal background reports. Criminal reports are kept by name and DOB, not necessarily by SSN, so criminal reports can be returned that do not belong to your applicant during that first check. Because of this, it is our company policy to do a deeper check on all criminal reports that come through to us so that we are providing the most accurate information available to you. When this happens we put the report into a pending status, send an email to alert you of that, and perform the deeper, manual check. It can take a few hours within business hours. If you ever have a question about this or need the credit portion released while waiting on the criminal report, please just let us know. We'd be happy to help you with that. We strive to keep our tenant screening prices as reasonable as possible for you, but we are required to raise prices as Trans Union raises theirs. An option that you may wish to look into to save on your tenant screenings is our bulk screening options. We sell bulk orders that do not expire, so you may purchase those reports in bulk at a discounted price and hold onto them until you need to use them. Hello, Carlyle! I'm sorry that you had difficulty with the criminal report. There is no central database for criminal records, so we do rely on what is provided by local databases. Laws differ from state to state and sometimes from county to county on how much information they will provide, so sometimes this can limit what is returned on the report. We would be more than happy to follow up on this for you if you wouldn't mind reaching out to us at [email protected] to let us know which report you're referring to. We can reach out to Trans Union and they can usually provide us with why it did not show on the report.
