LandlordStationReviews of landlordstation.com

Helps Landlords to may good decisions about the tenants they place in their homes.

We have only used LS to rent 2 houses a total of 3 times in 4 years (one house has had only 1 tenant). It worked so well and that's why we have had very low turn over and great tenants. It's a fantastic service for those of us with no landlord experience.

The response time was quick. I appreciated that they reviewed the report before dispatching it. They noticed some possible errors in the crimminal records, advised me that they were checking to confirm and I got an accurate report a day later. Well done!

The site is very organized and easy to use. I love the discounted packages on tenant screenings as well as the availability of useful forms and information all in one spot.

I received several contacts from my listing and I was able to respond quickly to each with little effort.

Excellent quick and easy service for tenant credit check!

I have used this site for background checks now for several years. This is the first time I had several questions about the report I received. I sent my questions as "urgent" and they were answered very quickly. This was helpful to me and appreciated.

I have only used the tenant screening service a few times. It has always been thorough, accurate and quickly done. It helps me a lot in checking the background of applicants. Thank you.
