Not good
Hi I am a realtor who has been using your platform for years. I usually paid for my tenants' credit report, background and eviction reports. I was supposed to get 1 free credit report but that was not the case. I called your office multiple times and NO answer. At the end I ended up paying the full price for 2 .

Hi, Victor! Looking at your account, I show that you ordered two Credit+Criminal+Eviction level reports. Your free report is a Credit Only report (that comes with a free Criminal Report for you). I do show that you received your Realtor discount for those orders and that you still have a free Credit Only report available in your account. You'll just need to choose the report type covered by the coupon. It doesn't look like you paid full price for those. I do show that Pharoll from our team reached back out and left you a voicemail when he couldn't make contact. If you have additional questions, please let us know!
