Great service
Great service! But then, I've always gotten solid, fast, accurate service from Landlord Station, so that was expected. However, I messed up my last request, and Landlord Station resolved the problem quickly and without hassle. I really appreciate that in any business, even more so when it involves my own business. Thank you!

Fast and easy to use
The website and service through it are great and easy to use. The $65 screen takes 3 days but the others are as soon as the tenant gives the authorization. I am not sure on the recommendation to rent though. I have had a couple that were questionable but were recommended. The tenant enters their income so I have them give me proof of income. Still 601 credit scores are still recommended so I am not sure what the structure for recommendations are.

Hi, Jodi! I'm so sorry that your applicant had trouble with this. I took a quick look at the account and it looks like two email addresses were provided for the applicant, which is likely where the problem is coming from. It's an easy fix, and if you'd still like to have that run I'd be happy to confirm the correct email with you and get that updated. Please just reach out to us at [email protected] to do so. Alternatively, if you no longer wish to run this report, we can cancel that out for you and void the pending charge. Our payment system is set up so that the charge is left pending until we receive authorization from the applicant and the report is run. Once it's run, that charge is captured. That pending charge will automatically void out after 30 days of inactivity.
