My raised bed planters arrived on the date promised and they were easy to assemble (not as bad as some of the other reviews if you use the proper tools). It's still early Spring and I can't wait to put them to use. They will look good in my garden.

Fast delivery Ordered way before my gardening time so I have not put it together yet. Opened to make sure everything was there, however, the one bag with the hardware had opened and all the hardware went all over. Hopefully I found all of them. Otherwise, it looks like it will serve me for many years to come.

Easy to assemble after after I assembled the first one. Well made. No shipping a plus. Cost was a deciding factor. I purchased ( 2 ) 7.5x3x2 raised beds.

Product wasn't delivered and we were charged on our credit card. Company claimed it didn't go thru American Express says it did.

We had to urgently intercept the shipment due to a chargeback on your credit card as it was about to be delivered. Later, you emailed us stating that you had arranged for repayment and requested that we proceed with the delivery. However, we have yet to receive the payment for the product. You may consider contacting your bank for more details. Intercepting the shipment required an additional fee paid to the logistics company. While we did not wish to take this action, the chargeback left us with no choice but to retain the goods to prevent further losses. If we receive your payment, we will ship the products again. Thank you for your understanding.

#1 You are supposed to ne USA based but they come from China 2nd they are not the size stated supposed to be 12ft long and they are only 11ft 1in when put together, the end panels are short 5 inches and the width is supposed to be a foot and they are only 11 1/2 in. VERY VERY disappointed and complained to customer service didnt even have the courtesy to acknowledge me.
