The planter looks great, the plants look great

I bought the 6x3x3 garden bed as a test case for my flower business to find a raised bed I could use for 10-12 beds. I received this bed and am really disappointed. The sides are flimsy and bend easily. It’s impossible to fill the bed without damaging the sides. Now that it’s together, after 120 bolts, I am trying to find ways to improve the appearance. It seems that metal thickness was reduced to save cost but the sacrifice to quality far surpasses any benefit from any cost saves. I won’t be purchasing any more of these.

We were very pleased with the garden beds that we received. We purchased the pack with four, 4'x8' beds, in the cream color. The color is just lovely. It's subtle and classy, and matches well with our home. I have found Land Guards communication to be top notch. We have had to reach out a few times. I had forgotten to enter my email at the initial time of order, so did not get a delivery confirmation. After reaching out to the company, I received a prompt reply with all the information that I needed. The representative was kind and responsive. Later, upon assembly of the beds, we found that some of our kits were missing the needed amount of bolts. After reaching out to the company, again, we received a speedy reply by email inquiring about the specifics of the missing parts, and were promised that we would receive what we needed by mail shortly at no additional cost to us. Finally, we got word after our order that Land Guard was going to be sending us two free solar lights as an extra gift. We then received word that the lights were backordered, with an offer for a similar product we could choose as a free gift. We ended up deciding on two tall round trellises. The trellises are great - well constructed and sturdy, and very easy to put together. We're very happy with all the products that we have received from Land Guard, and would do business with them again.

Received shipments with panels that had dented corners and some missing hardware.

Product worked well for my purpose and was the most economical solution to my needs.

We really like and are excited about our purchase of raised beds the only complaint would be they were shipped with a lot of bent corners which was not a very big issue just paid for a new looking product?

I love the raised garden beds I ordered from this company. While assembling them in my driveway, one of the panels got dragged over the cement and I was worried that the black color would have come off, but there wasn't a scratch. I was missing a few nuts and the company quickly sent me some more when I contacted them. Great customer service.

The beds arrived boxed but beat up a bit. The plastic wrapping pulled the paint off when removed. Must have been stored in a very hot warehouse. I love the color and size.
