I ordered a small garden decoration set from Land Guard, expecting a quick and easy process. The website was straightforward, but the shipping took longer than expected. The product arrived damaged, and the customer service was unhelpful. I was disappointed, especially since the item was basic and not worth the hassle. Wouldn’t recommend unless you’re okay with delays and poor quality control.

I am still waiting for 1 of my garden box, I received 3 of mine, but I have not gotten one of them I have received everything else. I’m just frustrated because it still hasn’t been shipped. And there is no information about it just the label was created May 25.

The product I received was incompletely manufactured. Several of the aluminum panels for the raised bed did not have bolt holes. I had to buy a special drill bit in order to fix this problem. Also, the edges of the panels are so sharp they sliced through my work glove resulting in a deep cut to my finger. I wish the kit contained a rubber molding for the top edge of the bed. I am reluctant to let my young children near these beds due to all of the sharp edges. In retrospect, I should have purchased a pre-made stock tank instead.

I bought the 6x3x3 garden bed as a test case for my flower business to find a raised bed I could use for 10-12 beds. I received this bed and am really disappointed. The sides are flimsy and bend easily. It’s impossible to fill the bed without damaging the sides. Now that it’s together, after 120 bolts, I am trying to find ways to improve the appearance. It seems that metal thickness was reduced to save cost but the sacrifice to quality far surpasses any benefit from any cost saves. I won’t be purchasing any more of these.
