I ordered foundation for the first time. It was the wrong color. I admit I should have gone to a counter concierge. However, I went online and the website didn't work. Called customer service and they sent me an email to print a label - it stated it didn't recognize my email or my order number although they sent me the email and my order number was input correctly. I'm so frustrated with this company I'll go back to Estee Lauder from now on. I'm probably out $57.00 since they've made it impossible for me to return the item within the one month period of time. I expected excellent customer service. What a let down this experience has been.

I received an email this week that I had points expiring on Lancome.com. I ordered 3 full price products, about $270. There was no way to use the points. Apparently you cannot just "take them off" the bottom line of an order, they have to be used for a particular product of a value less than the point value ($10.20 which doesn't buy anything on Lancome.com) But undaunted, I checked my emails for promo coupons. I receive an email nearly every day from Lancome! I had 2 emails in the past 48 hours offering 25% off "Site Wide" for code BLOOM. I tried to apply it. "Code is invalid". grrr. I started a chat thinking it must be a bug. 30 minutes later, Jahdai would not honor the 25%. He offered if I placed the order they would credit me back 25% but only on 2 of the 3 products. He said I had nothing in my cart I could use my points for. GRRRRRR! 1 STAR BABY. This isn't the first time. I think every coupon I have ever tried to use at Lancome has been denied. It's a bait and switch. I was amazed to see they average 1.6 stars. That might be the lowest rating I've ever seen for a consumer products site. That this company, with the most expensive, overpriced cosmetics in the world (?, at least in MY world) would not honor a code it send 2x in the past 48 hours boggles my mind. Jahdai, I hope your bosses pat you on the back for providing such terrible customer service. You might have saved the company a few dollars. But my abandoned $270 cart earned them nothing. 25% of NOTHING is NOTHING!

Disappointed and Let Down by Lancôme I had high hopes for the Lancôme Rénergie SPF50 HPN UVmune cream, especially given its premium price and the brand's strong reputation. Unfortunately, my experience has been deeply disappointing. Despite being marketed as a high-performance skincare product, this cream left my skin feeling uncomfortably dry and tight—far from the nourishment I expected. Rather than hydrating, it created a stretched sensation that made me not want to use it again. For a product of this price point, and from a brand like Lancôme, this is simply unacceptable. I purchased this product from the Boots store at Leicester Fosse Park. The codes on the packaging are LF5891 40Z21Y, in case that helps identify the batch. I feel genuinely let down by Lancôme. I trusted the brand to deliver quality skincare, but instead I feel cheated. I will think twice before purchasing another Lancôme product

I ordered Lancome BX night cream. When I opened the box, was an air pocket and there was a hole inside the jar as if it had not been filled all the way through to the bottom. I contacted customer service about it and they told me to take pics and I submitted them. They told me to return the product and send back to them for a $5 fee for label!!! They would evaluate it and let me know the decision. I made 3 phone calls about $5 fee, etc. The product was $300. I will never ever order from this site again! Buyer beware.

I thought I would treat myself to the Lancome Idole parfum gift box which was the large bottle, the lotion & the travel size bottle, only what a mistake that was, just a waste of my money as the scent was gone within minutes of spraying it on. I am so pissed, as it leaves me to believe that it was very old or it was a knock off! NOT ONE COMPLIMENT, & I love Lancome, but NO MORE, & they have not even reached out to me to try & make it right. I will not trust or order their parfum or products ever again. I just saw someone else's review & they had the same issue where people could not even smell it, only Lancome told that person to call them so they can make it right & when I emailed them their response to me was , O'THANK YOU FOR LETTING US KNOW", what kind of BS is that? Makes me feel DISCRIMINATED AGAINST, how they going to make it right for one person but not the next? That really pisses me off! I sent them pictures of my recent purchase & all I got was a thank you! I will guess on the date why don't you look it up!

Never ship the product. They are scammers, you should spend your money elsewhere.

I ordered items from Lancome on a Friday at 6pm. Paid the substantial sum of £9.95 for next day delivery. Item did not turn up and on Monday still no item. I requested a refund of the next day delivery charge. Informed that my parcel should arrive on Tuesday - and it’s within the T and Cs! My order hasn’t even been accepted yet nor despatched but refused to give back next day delivery charge! Refused on the phone to let me speak to a manager. Just complete rip off! Should be clearly advertised that next day delivery on Friday evening is actually up to end of day Tuesday for ten pound!

I filled out some paperwork on Facebook to try out Lancome Paris 2024. Paid and paid. Still no email 😢 no nothing. Is this a scam? If so, why hasn't Lancome sent out a warning to consumers?
