Ordered a foundation, it expired in 10 months ago. Contacted customer care and they asked me to return it for a refund. Now I need to go to the Post office for a faulty product...customer care also spent 2 weeks getting back to me

El auténtico perfuma de Tresor de Lamcon a desaparecido totalmente solo queda cómo alcohol con aroma Una pena..llevo gastándolo desde su aparición en el mercado (como 20 años)con la características de Tresor (Lamcon )y no queda nada en referencia a aquel auténtico perfume del cual muchisimos años identificada con mi personalidad unida a su perfume

I got a defective Night cream from Lancome.ca, and it’s from gift set. I used to buy things when there was event going on, and put if aside and use when I need them, and I opened it on Dec, 7 months later after I bought it, and usually cosmetics has longer shelf life that last at least for few years, however, when I contact their customer service, they stick to 30 days return window and reject to do anything. I’m going to consumer protection agency for this and I’m get ready to fight with it. The same experience I had with Clinique, and the pump was broken few months after I used, they sent me a replacement. I have been using Lancome for years and I feel it’s time for me to leave.

The customer service is the worst I have experienced. Very dull, they don’t even know what a cyber sale is. Kept putting me on hold.doesn’t understand anything. It is sad that a big brand employs very dull and dense pple who can’t even communicate.

Der Laden beschreibt zwar einen Versand nur aus Deutschland in den AGB und gibt eine Deutsche Adresse und Telefonnummer im Impressum an, aber die Telefonnummer geht nicht und wer weiß ob es sich um eine Briefkastenfirma in DE handelt. Versand kommt scheinbar aus Luxemburg oder sonst wo her. Die DHL Tracking sagt das es nur Elektronisch erfasst wurde und das seit 5 Tagen... Ich finde es frech und Kundentäuschung des Onlineshops. Ich werde da auch nicht mehr einkaufen und kann es auch keinen Empfehlen. Es ist mit großen Riesigen verbunden und wenn man denkt es kommt schnell, wird man hier leider getäuscht. Lancome gibt ja auch keine Antworten auf den Katastrophalen Bewertungsverlauf hier bei trustpilot... Scheint den Laden und der Marke egal zu sein... Schade eigentlich Meine Frau liebt die Produkte sehr.

I’ve been a loyal Lancôme customer for years, but my recent experience has been incredibly disappointing. When my order went missing with the courier, I expected at least some level of support or accountability from Lancôme’s customer service team. Instead, I was met with delays, scripted responses, and absolutely no sense of urgency to resolve the issue. I’ve now been waiting far longer than reasonable — first for the courier “investigation,” and now for a refund that should have been processed immediately once it was clear the package was lost. I’ve contacted customer service multiple times, and each time I’m given vague timelines and no real resolution. It’s frustrating to feel like a loyal customer’s time and money don’t matter. Lancôme is a premium brand, and I expected a premium level of care. Unfortunately, this experience has made me rethink purchasing directly from them going forward. I hope they review their customer service processes because right now, they’re falling far below the standard customers deserve.

Mucho ojo al comprar en su página ya que envian los lotes incompletos y ya puedes reclamar lo que quieras que nunca te enviaran lo que falta....NO LO RECOMIENDO EN ABSOLUTO ‼️

It took over two weeks for my items to come even though expedited shipping was chosen. I received a product with a date code that was made almost two years ago. LANCOME said they can sell a product that was made up to 3!!! Years ago. They have changed packaging since then so I knew the mascara was old. How can I be ordering straight from the source and it’s old?! LANCOME customer service has been an absolute joke, not helpful at all and told me I could pay to send the product back to them. What a disgrace. Have been using this mascara or a version of it for close to 20 years. This will be my last.
