I would give them 0 stars if I could. Please don't buy directly from the Lancome site! I was drawn by the 20% off, and now I'm sorry! First of all, my order took a long time to come, and when I finally received the order, 2 items were missing totalling $88, but the receipt reflects that they were in the box! Now the nightmare continues, because it takes at least an hour and a half to reach customer service by phone, the first one reassured me that the items would be replaced, and I would receive an email within half hour, and nothing!! Called back a few days later, another hour and a half, the second one tells me that a manager has to sign off and I would get an email within a day, well it's now days later!!! No one answers the emails at all! I now hate Lancone, they took my $88, some 20% discount! They are crooks!! I am so disgusted, that I would rather use any other cosmetic company!

Same complaint as all the others. My order has not come, they sent me a complimentary mascara stick with receipt in package saying they had sent my body cream. I have been trying to reach them for days thru phone, email, and chat. They do not respond. They put you on hold and say they will answer in less than fifteen minutes. Going on twenty right now. Held for an hour and a half the other day and an hour yesterday. No response to email which they claim will be answered in 24 hours. I will try to cancel my order by credit card as well.

1.Shipped me a cheaper product that I didn't order. 2.The customer service was not answering any questions that I asked. Just simply copy & paste from templates.

I wish I had read these reviews before ordering. I received a product I didn't order that cost $29 and did not receive what I did order for $82 and of course they charged my Visa for the $82 item. I've been on hold for 40 mins waiting for support person AND waiting over 30 mins on the chat feature for someone to help. My next call will be to my bank to dispute. BEWARE

Please don't order directly from lancome.com. It's cruel. I love the products but I will buy from Sephora, Nordstrom or Macy's. I ordered online but they charged me twice. I called customer service 3 different times to cancel one of the products but was on hold for over two hours each time without ever speaking to anyone.No reply from email or chat . Delays in processing as well. This is cruel. I will never use them again

I am very desappointed because I got a wrong order and they don't answer phone or email. Don't order on line it's better in stores

I'd give them zero stars if I could. I am sorry I placed an order with them when I could have ordered the products from Bloomingdale, Macy's or Nordstrom. Ordered because they had a 25% off promotion. Cannot get any info as to ship date... only that shipping is "delayed". I love their mascara, used it for years, but will now be looking elsewhere. There's plenty of product out there that likely is as good as theirs. Wait time for an online chat is 63 minutes. Wait time for phone call to customer service.... I hung up after 35 minutes. I am going to to try to cancel the order via my credit card.
