Horrible! Lured by all the free gifts with purchase. Then I never got the gifts with purchase AND my items arrived damaged and open. Customer service was deplorable- I was so polite and they were condescending, trashy and even laughed at me and hung up on me! Gross Lancôme... your not even French. The customer service answers “BawnJORE” in the worst dialect that’s obviously from middle America somewhere. Not spending money on this crud.

I would say cero. I ordered a $222 face cream with some other products. The other products arrived minus the cream. I cannot believe someone stole it from the shipping area because box was not open. Be careful some products might get lost on the way. I would never buy other Lancome product online.

Lancome hasn't even tried to process my refund. It has been over a month already. Called customer service over and over. The phone doesn't ring, it goes straight to a beeping noise. Finally got someone and they weren't very helpful! I WILL NEVER DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN AND I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!

We made an order with order number LAN00397160. This order was made on 23/03/2021 at 17:11PM. Unfortunately, this order was cancelled by Lancôme system twenty-one (21) hours later on 24/03/2021 at 14:35PM. We managed to chat and talk with Alicia from your online chat department, and two (2) other telephone operators in relation to reinstating this order. Regrettable, the only answer we received is 'bad luck'. We were advised to place a new order without the benefit from the promotion when we initially placed our order. We wrote a complaint to Customer Service explaining our bad purchase experience with a reputable brand name such and Lancôme. However, the respond we received is simply a copy-and-paste stating that This could be due to one of the common reasons below: - It appears that you are ordering from a location outside Australia or requesting delivery to an address outside of Australia - Ordering from a mobile device that is experiencing technical difficulties, - Information provided has been incorrectly entered and cannot be verified. None of these were true as we placed the order within Australia; the delivery address is within Australia, the place the order on a PC; and the credit card information is correct. It is very disappointing on how much the different between Lancôme’s customer service in Australia compare to the rest of the world. It has become more irritating to see the bigger picture that Lancôme indeed make great product, while its Australian customer service level is so disgraceful.

I bought the products online and found this product didn't work for me and I returned the product. Lancome hasn't refunded the money back to me after requested refunds 3 times.

I have been ordering Lancome make-up online for the last 5 years. I say I am now what was a loyal customer because they have lost ALL my business due to their rude and bad customer service. Since starting to order my make-up over the last five years I was saving all my Elite Reward points for a large item and with the Covid 19 virus and being sick over the last year only ordered from them in the 1st Qtr of 2019 and the last Qtr of 2019. I went in to place an order this month only to find that almost 13,000 Elite Rewards points I was saving Lancome deleted from my account. I have never had any points ever deleted from my account over the last five years and was shocked at this. When I called them up they said they didn't care that I have been a loyal customer for five years and that I was not going to get those reward points back. I informed them that they just lost a loyal customer and I would never order from them again. I am now shopping around for a new makeup brand as I realize I should have done this five years ago and never stuck with such a unprofessional company. Good Riddance Lancome!!!!!!

I complained online to the Customer Service Department. Initially I was connected to France who in turn connected me to USA. I was then forgotten about and had to re-complain & the complaint ended up in UK! My complaint was about the poor quality of Teint Idole Cushion Refill. It lasted >3 weeks. I sent a photograph of the used product to Customer Service Dept as requested and they insisted that I had over-used the product and refused to replace it which I was obviously entitled to. I am extremely disappointed with both the service I received and the quality of the product and will certainly not be buying it again.

The worst costumer service, I would agree with everyone else. Do not buy online. I wanted to cancel my order, and so I contacted customer service...they cancelled it and I received an email confirmation. So okay, I thought it was done. I got an email a few days later saying that my order was shipped! I contacted costumer service YET again, and this time they were extremely indifferent and said that they didn’t have any record of that conversation or cancellation. They told me that there was nothing they could do but that I would just have to return it as soon as I got it. I shipped it back, and they still haven’t issued a refund. Like many others, I’m losing $ out on this one.
