This is the second time I did not receive what I ordered and every time I called customer service it hung up on me or was busy. No response from their email either!! Why do I pay such good money for crap service? I’m going back to Estée Lauder!!

I bought $100 worth of merchandise in order to receive a free gift of various samples and a free full size facial cleanser. The merchandise arrived without the samples or cleanser. I called the customer service number three times and wrote an email to the address they gave me. The email was unable to be delivered. I copied the email onto their “customer support” platform. No response although the platform promised an answer in 24 hours. Finally I received the samples but no cleanser. Called again and was cut off twice. My advice: don’t buy directly from Lancôme. Go to a department store web site or some other reliable vendor. Bonjour!

Received and returned faulty £83 cream (broken pump). 29 days later: no replacement, phone call or email. Rang several times - 'cos they don't ring us - eventually spoke to a very snippy women who subsequently emailed me incorrect information. ?? Aside from 'Angelo' (Customer Service) I've found Lancome's inefficiency, errors oversights, and delays wearisome and really not worth the effort. Palpable complacency, Lancome!

I bought the Lancôme Tonique Confort Re-Hydrating Comforting Toner with Acacia Honey and I developed sandpaper like rashes. I emailed customer service and did not get a response, they probably don't care about small customers like me.

Similar experience to many other customers on here. Ordered Juicy Tubes as most shops no longer stock. After 10 days called to query whereabouts of my order. They gave me a Royal Mail reference which neither Royal Mail nor DHL websites recognised however as Lancôme online have issued a dispatch note apparently that counts as delivered, so I have lost my £18 regardless of what I say. Still pursuing this with them but after reading comments on here not hopeful.

I should have looked to this site before my last order. I to have been a loyal Lancome customer. This is the second time they have sent product that has been sitting on their shelves for almost 2 years. A couple of years ago when this happened, I received great customer service and was sent fresh products. No such luck this time. My first call to them, I was told to send a picture of invoice and product to customer service. That was a week ago and no response. I called yesterday and was told I could send the product back for a refund and could reorder, but would not be able to get the same promotion. I will also be looking for a new line of face products.

Spent $500 for Mother’s Day and was supposed to receive “$300 in free gifts”, order came with none of them. I called MULTIPLE times unable to get through, never called back and when I finally got through some ghetto representative told me Lancôme does not accommodate customers and that she would not connect me to another rep because she was the only one available. Is this a scam???

Das rewards Programm ist ein Witz! Schon dass man die Rechnungen hochladen muss, ist eigentlich eine Frechheit und in den Terms and conditions steht eigentlich, dass lancome die Bons innerhalb von 2 Tagen prüft. Bei mir hat es 31 Tage gedauert und der bon wurde abgelehnt, angeblich weil er nicht zu lesen war. Das ist ne Frechheit, denn man hat nur 30 Tage Zeit, die Rechnung hochzuladen und einmal abgelehnt, nach 31 Tagen, ist diese Frist natürlich abgelaufen. Totale Abzocke! Tja, Lancome ist für mich kein Produkt mehr, was ich in meinem Leben nochmal nutze werde. Ich suche mir eine Firma mit besseren Produkten, die noch etwas Wert auf ihre Kunden legen.
