Would give 0 stars if I could. Worst customer experience I have ever had. Ordered $300 worth of products. They never got delivered. They claimed to open up cases with UPS each of the 6 times I called to follow up. Nothing ever came of it. I called in to say I would no longer be a customer (have been one for 25 years) and they basically said “okay.”

I returned a product to lancome. Received an email saying the order was received and the refund processed. Several weeks later while trying to figure out why my account was off, called lancome and refund was NEVER PROCESSED! This is not the first time this has happened! I really wonder how many dollars they steal from people by not processing refunds. Horrible!

Bought a make-up and had to return it because it wasn't the shade the Lady said in the live chat. Royal -Mail link for returns doesn't work, it's not on the Retailer - List anymore for QR. I was told to cut the QR out of the card that was delivered with the make up. I went to Post-Office and they didn't take it. 3 days in I called the 0800 number only to speak to a guy who seemed to make the most of this call...I will find out how much that cost me. He gave me an address to return, has to be with "special mail" ....and it takes 2 weeks to get my money back. I then said I wanted to cancel my order that I just made, with the reply I can't. I never heard anything like it. So apparently I have to got through the hole thing again if this order isn't right. DO NOT ORDER LANCOME online !! I never ever will buy from them again ....

Lancome was cheating me for a long time on Visionnaire Skin Solutions 0.2% Retinol Correcting Night Concentrate (I bought 16 boxes total, and 14 boxes were fraudulent). Lancome contacted me in January 2021, and agreed to pay me 100 dollars as a final settlement for the Retinol serum. It is not enough for the loss, but I took it and thought the cheating was over. It is not. The fraud is repeated with another product. I just bought the Lancome Absolue soft cream refill from Nordstrom on Thursday, July 15, 2021, and it was a fraud product. You can see the pictures I included at the bottom. Here is what they said about my complaint. Lancome's response: "Sometimes during the filling process, because of the thickness of the product, air spaces may occur which would create the appearance of an under-fill. Our products are filled by weight and it is our policy to slightly overfill to accommodate for this situation.If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we suggest returning the product back to the original place of purchase for assistance." I brought the Lancome Absolue soft cream refill back to Nordstrom for exchange, and the new Lancome box is also fraudulent as the pictures included. (THIS WEB SITE DOES NOT ALLOWS PICTURES, SORRY)

Do not ever buy a product from Lancome website. My package was stolen and I tried to get a refund. Every time I called, I was told that there was no one working on the case and they do not know why. No refund at all. Worst customer experience ever and the agent hung up on me without me finishing asking the question. Run away from this company!

My husband bought me a 50ml bottle of Tresor perfume once opened I discovered that it has no smell after emails to Loncome I spoke to customer service and gave them the batch number *(found on the box and perfume bottle) the customer service said yes it was still under warranty but WOULD NOT do anything about it they WILL NOT HELP I will never buy Loncome again very very poor service

What a shame I did not read the reviews for Lancome.com before placing an order. I was reeled in by their 24 hour offer "OURGIFT" to buy a product and get one free. The required item was more costly than in Boots or John Lewis but getting one free sounded a good proposition. My order was accepted an at no time was I told that the item was out of stock and given the opportunity to abort. Miraculously they found just one to post. My complaint fell on deaf ears. I gave them until July 1st to honour and complete my order before posting a negative review. NEVER will I buy from them online again - not to be trusted. I will continue to use Lancome purchased from the high street, as I have done for the past 55 years.

This is the most non customer service business I’ve contacted. No supervisor or Tech Support although they are working from home. Other business have supervision you can talk to although they are working from home. I am surprise at a company this large. Employees don’t know a lot need more knowledgeable employees like they used to have in the passed and more caring employees. If it wasn’t for customers they wouldn’t have a job. Need better training to help the customer.
