I paid for next day delivery, I email Lancôme never get a reply, I call them and they can’t even give me an answer no solutions poor customer service, I was a loyal customer for years I will never shop again, they are not serious I’m very upset to pay for a service that I haven’t received!!!

Impossible to get a refund. I have spoken with 3 agents so far and one of them tells me that they see the refund issued, while the other two tell me they just see a note there to refund the order. They just wont give your money back for a returned product.

I got a Night Cream - Multi Lift (the purple one) and I got a horrible allergy after 1st use. It’s ridiculous because it’s not a cheap product and I’ve been struggling to get rid of the ‘burns’ on my skins the cream caused. I know it says ‘don’t use it on skin around your eyes’ but I used it on other parts of my face and also on my neck and arms! It’s ridiculous as I was attending a wedding (I was a bridesmaid) and it looked soo bad, and the makeup artist couldn’t even cover it!! I need to report it to some organisations as it’s dangerous to use!!

I ordered product on 8/17. I have sent them my receipt and a screen shot of my order from their site. They don’t address the fact that the order is there as well as the receipt, they just can’t find the order

On August 6th, 2021, I had to cancel my online order (with a nice 35% discount) due to a glitch at their warehouse (according to a Lancome customer Rep). This order was never shipped. In this cancelled order, there was an item which I redeemed my 1,500 points. Today, 6 weeks later, after emails and a phone call, I found out that my 1,500 points were never returned back to my Reward account. Last time I talked to one of their representatives over the phone, I was told that it will be resolved by 9/15/2021 (10 business days from 9/1 phone call). It was supposedly escalated to their IT department. I am disappointed to lose my 1,500 points because they had to cancel my initial order. I am not sure if I ever get my points back, but I will keep trying.

The worst customer service I ever had. I tried to contact Lancôme several times to solve my problems, no result. I got a damaged product and did not receive free samples. Plus, the order was delivered later than promised and my friend did not get her BD gift. And finally, I have been with Lancome for more than 40 years, the products get worse and worse and are definitely not worth the money

They intentionally cancel your order when you bought it on sale while the item is actually still in stock. Then they ask you to place a new order which has a higher price because the sale is over. smh

Habe noch nie so einen schlechten unverständlichen Kundenservice erlebt.. ich wollte meine Bestellung stornieren lassen. Habe mehrmals E-Mails geschrieben, habe über jegliche Wege versucht den Service zu erreichen (Telefon,WhatsApp, Messenger) keine Reaktion.. Das Paket wurde trotzdem versandt.. Der Inhalt war auch sehr lieblos verpackt und nicht wirklich sicher. Das von einer Luxus Marke ist echt traurig. Nie wieder!
